We had a couple of questions around maps and taxis etc where the morning reception staff could not assist. It appears they were not locals and consequently also unfamiliar with some of our concerns.

Not something I didn’t like but curious as to why there is no signage to indicate it is a hotel. Just the door number and you feel like you’re knocking on someone’s private residence - albeit a very nice one! Breakfast is quite minimal but there are plenty of places to eat nearby if you want something more substantial.

Great location for a visit to the Royal Albert Hall - good value compared to some other hotels in that area. Absolutely ideal for a short stay. Lovely rooms, comfortable bed, friendly and polite staff. Nice outdoor terrace for breakfast if the weather allows. Breakfast choice is fairly minimal but what we had was good and fresh, and was plenty for me.

My only criticism would be the size of the breakfast room which was sometimes full. But no problem the staff would suggest you sat in the lounge with a cup of coffee while you waited. Very well handled

A delightful hotel ideally situated close to Hyde Park, the Royal Albert Hall and the Chelsea area. Our themed room, the Winston Churchill, was bright roomy and exceptionally well equipped. The shower in particular is worthy of mention. The lounge downstairs was very comfortable and an ideal spot for a late night drink before bed. The staff were forever friendly and efficient.

Our room was on the small side, but there may have been an option for a larger room at booking, but I don't remember as I booked quite some time ago. Lovely room, very clean and had everything we needed.

Great location close to where we needed to be. The staff were very courteous and helpful whilst the room and hotel itself is beautifully styled, tastefully decorated, very comfortable and very clean.

Room at the top of the stairs was a killer, but worked our glutes. There is a lift available but little bit scared of lifts

The only very small thing I can mention is about the breakfast, the food is fantastic but the way in which you order it on arrival for breakfast, the waiter seemed to want an answer straight away and mention a English breakfast but it’s not something you can process quickly enough I ended up only getting toast to start with as I don’t like egg they seemed to miss the rest of the breakfast although When my wife’s breakfast came out it was apparent that I did only have toast, when I mentioned to the waiter tho it was only a few minutes before I had it brought out so all goo in the end.

A little Gem ! Just Fantastic, staff incredibly friendly and kind very pleased.
