The confusion over the breakfast… at check in was told the breakfast was complimentary, then was told it wasn’t in the morning… was weird.

Cleanliness was an issue on this occasion, the carpet wasn't cleaned properly, I had hair stuck to my feet when I took my shoes off upon arrival, the bathroom needs attention - the bath tap is grimey and brown, the showerhead is full of limescale so the water goes in different directions rather than downpour. The late room service options are very limited, for a hotel of this calibre I expected more, especially dairy free/vegan options.

I've stayed at this hotel before as it's convenient when going to an event at The O2, the bed is very comfy, the staff are great - very friendly, the facilities are good and the rooms are very spacious.

I had a stay for 2 days here. Lovely hotel and super friendly staff. Sahib in particular was super friendly and sociable. Definitely recommend this hotel. Also in a super nice neighborhood. Well secured

I didnt like the staff at the reception since I had to like call in 5 times to ask in for a complementary fruit basket that was coming with my room -After calling them 5 times even after that they have not given the complementary fruit basket that I have paid for with the room. So the staff at the reception werent quite helpful since you are paying alot of money for your stay at this place.

At the time we travelled tunnel roadworks were affecting access. Our cab drivers struggled to get us over to the O2 and back. We probably would have been better taking the train, which is a short walk away.

Great hotel overlooking the Thames and the 02 - comfy rooms and a super restaurant for with great value fixed lunch menu.

This is not a reflection on the hotel but Booking.com lists this hotel as being 850m from the O2 which is where I was going. Geographically it is but you have to be able to walk on water to access the O2 that quickly. The journey was absolutely fine using the DLR and tube but I had booked it thinking it was walking distance so that was misleading. To reiterate that information did not come from the hotel itself but rather from the booking site.

The hotel is very attractive but my stay was made by the staff. From the frontline reception staff to the bar and restaurant staff everyone was helpful and friendly. I was lucky enough to get an upgrade on my second night and that room was stupendous with loads of space and an amazing view.

the hotel is was unfortunately a bit of an unexpected walking distance from the hustle and bustle of Canary Wharf. When we booked it it seemed everything was close by and easy to get to, but actually alot of walking and walkways to get by.

It was our anniversary and originally we booked a premium room. When we arrived at the hotel the receptionist Maria upgraded our room which we were really pleased with. We were then presented with petals on our bed, cake and very big bath tub, it really made our day extra special. As it was something we never experienced before and couldn't afford something like this. So it was lovely and we really appreciate the effort gone into this.

Not so much a didn't like, but finding the kettle was a little difficult.

The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The room was exceptionally clean and well equipped, just had to search cupboards to find the kettle, iron, hairdryer. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable.

View & closeness of construction work right next door. Our room overlooked it. Needed to make sure curtains were close. Work started early so noisy.

Location was good and had great view of the O2. The size of accommodation was good / room spacious although closeness of construction work next door made privacy difficult! . Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast good.

There wasn't much not to like about the hotel. The only thing we came away thinking was that breakfast was quite expensive for what it was. We paid almost £60.00 for the two of us to have breakfast, which we thought even for London, it was a lot. We are likely to skip breakfast next time we stay and try a local cafe.

The room upgrade was great. Breakfast was very nice, and all of the staff were very friendly. Our room was a good size, plus we loved having a TV in the bathroom. We will be coming back to this hotel when we are next in London for the weekend.

Being charged service charge every time we had a drink at the bar. This turned out to be optional, but it was added to bill before we knew this.

Travelled to attend millennium dome. We had originally booked believing it to be less travel time. It took around 30mins as unable to walk over the Thames due to Blackwall tunnel.
