The peeling paint on the ceilings in the room and bathroom. The air conditioning unit in our room wasn’t working. Blew hot air out all the time, couldn’t sleep as room too hot. Only realised at end of stay, as family had a working air conditioning unit.

The bed was lovely, spacious and comfortable. The inside architecture.

Tv broken in room and the pool was disgusting and dangerous having to go down a wet spiral staircase to it! Not in keeping with rest of hotel

The spa facilities weren’t great, the jacuzzi was cold when I expected it to be warm. The floor in the bedroom hadn’t been hoovered properly as there was broken glass shards under the chair.

The location was great. Staff were really helpful and friendly. The room was a good size and bed really comfortable. Staff were kind enough to leave a card and two drinks vouchers as we attended for my friends 40th.

Picture on wall (without glass frame). Slighty dirty carpets at skirting board, walls could use a lick of paint. Updated times for food at the white bar (brunch was not served when stated on information sheet).

The location was great. Good selection of items on room service menu. Good facilities (swimming pool). Spacious room. Lovely interior of building. Great elevator music!

The window could not be opened at all which made it a bit claustrophobic. Understand it is for safety reasons but the fan for ventilation was so loud we could not sleep so switched it off and the room was very hot and stuffy overnight.

Comfortable room with river view as requested. Nice toiletries and room tidied, refreshed - though actually we didn’t need new towels as this is not very ‘eco.’

Nothing about the property but the local NCP car park is always a problem

Excellent facility’s we have stayed at this hotel several times when we stay in Liverpool to watch football. The staff are always friendly and welcoming.

- room on the 9th floor extreme loud. I actually measure the noise - 39/ 41 db with running ventilation which even in the low mode / or switch is making big noise which makes sleeping a nightmare - no fresh air (even with air con running on the full , making more noise) - no fridge in the room (empty or filled) with this hotel and the price over 500€ for a night Hotel definitely did not meet the expectations. I am regularly in Liverpool, but definitely next time our choose another one

I booked the spa for a treat and it was horrible. Rusty paint peeling off. Steam room dangerously hot. Not relaxing at all for a birthday treat.

The leisure facilities were well below what you would from Radisson hotels with paint flaking from the walls and ceilings, certainly in dire need of a refurb. Breakfast was just OK with not a lot of choice similar to a Travelodge breakfast.

Friendly staff, lovely comfortable beds and the hotel is ideally placed for access to the city centre.

SPA working hours are not really convenient, open 8:00 closes at 07:30 pm. Normally day time I'm away and chilling in SPA just before going to bed. So you need to plan to go there sometime during a day. However this is quite subjective since someone may prefer different SPA timing. Windows are quite small, especially taking into UK often cloudy weather room natural lighting is quire poor

Good location, 10 mins walk from city center and 1 hr walk to Anfield stadium. SPA center on facility. Comfortable rooms furbished in Radisson style. Great english breakfast.

I was offered an upgrade on my room weeks ahead of the day and I accepted and paid. On arrival they didn't have the junior suite available as they said fully booked. Room was fine but bathroom was tiny. Didn't live up to my expectations

We had an extra large room that was handy when you are travelling with two heavy suitcases. The room was comfortable and the overall facilities clean and well presented. The staff friendly and helpful.

Asked for 2 single beds but they were pushed together making a double and couldn’t be moved. Breakfast really wasn’t that good, on both days they had no cups for coffee or glasses for orange juice. Scrambled eggs were also an interesting colour.
