A bedside light would have made the room a bit friendlier as with just a bright celling light it was perhaps a little harsh.

Rooms were a bit sparse, but clean and tidy. Bathroom was modern and clean. Beds very comfy. I didn't make use of the kitchen, but popped my head in and it was well equipped and clean.

A bedside table would have been good in the bedrooms to at least have somewhere to rest my items

We only had one pillow me and my partner had to share half a pillow each well until she stole it, and the sure sure if your aware the shower outside 5 you can’t cool it down

For £59 I shouldn't have expected more. I didn't feel safe it seemed that there was someone outside my door much of the night and when I woke up in the morning I couldn't use the toilet as someone was either in there sleeping or had died as I couldn't use the facilities

Bed sheets that were used by the previous customer were not changed including pillow cases which is a health hazard with danger of transmissible disease like scabies This facility should be inspected by health and safety regularly to make sure the owner comply with health regulation. I am not sure why the owner demands ID documents after the payment was made by bank card.

The Room & Bed was Not Clean, actually were Terrible ,Also the room was 5 m sq include Bed & cabinet wardrobe :( At midnight about 2:30 am and 3:45 am somebodies came into the property with too much Noise, the room hasn't had a private bathroom ,however it was advertised and there was noisy area just beside the room etc

Good place to stay there. Not very easy to b found. Managed with additzional help only to go in and out. What I do not like ist that effort for giving feedback without getting payed my time for it.

When I arrived at the house, I couldn't open the front access door, the system code must have a problem, now the big frustration was with the house's heater, a cold house the heater was not turned on at all, a lack of respect with the client, I paid for the service and I am not forced to be cold

I arrived at my booking and I was shocked when I realized that the bathroom and the dining area were not included in my bedroom, at it was stated on the description of the advertisement. I left immediately and called booking who attempted multiple times to contact the owner without any result. It was never mentioned that the toilet and kitchen were shared areas. The pictures and descriptions of the apartment were misleading! It was a false advertisement as it was never clearly explained that they are communal spaces!! If I knew I would have never booked with them!! I tried to contact the owner multiple times the following day but he didn't respond! The booking tried multiple times to get me my full refund but the owner did not cooperate!! DO NOT STAY THERE, UNLESS YOU ARE DOWN FOR THE RISK

Everything, the room was the size of a cupboard. There was no room to move around. It had a shared bathroom which wasn’t clear from the pictures. The walks were dirty with stains, the heating didn’t work the first night and the internet wouldn’t load a simple web page. There was an elderly gentleman in the next room struggling to get his room key from a lock box so I helped him into his room, that night his bed collapsed and he ended up on the floor. When I complained I got a curt message back saying I should have read there advertisement more thoroughly. It is misleading information that they have on booking.com and I believe they should be taken off your platform. The worst kind of rogue landlords.

Accommodation should have a staff in accommodation rather to manage accommodation remotely. Physic presence of staff is necessary.

Doors are not in good condition. Property is not well secured by night. Management should have security service to prevent potential violence against clients, as accommodation is next pub attended by some violent and aggressive people with a very poor background.

i booked very late evening and the assistant still was available and very helpfull after 11pm.good lication teansport nearby was very clean and tidy!also comfortable and the price was very low for that value!
