Ideal for a short break in London

We booked a triple bed room so our room felt a bit cramped but perfectly adequate for a short stay. Perhaps a mirror in the main bedroom area would be helpful.

Good location in central London. The room and en-suite were spotless. Staff were friendly and our breakfast was lovely. We enjoyed our stay.

Nothing, really. I've stayed here a couple of times before and I always have a good experience. I'd happily stay here again.

This hotel is in a great location. It's quiet, but within a short walk to many places of interest. It was really easy to get here from the airport on the Tube. Breakfast was tasty and the staff were attentive and kind. Everything was wonderful-thank you!

There is no air conditioning so could be quite hot in the summer. Up to 20°C was alright.

Very clean bathroom and fresh sheets. Nice view from the window :)

Our room ( number 19) had a window opening onto the street at ground level at the front. We had the window open as it was quite warm and street noise did wake us a couple of times. Perhaps a fan in that room to save opening the window? This is in no way a complaint, but perhaps worth considering.

Great location. Lovely welcoming staff, nice sitting room to chill out with free drinks. Breakfast was freshly cooked and delicious. Room was clean, ensuite was small but had everything you could need. We had a small room with twin beds ( that I was aware of when booked), but it was more than adequate for our one night stay. Great location.

Great location & friendly, helpful staff but no kettle!

Offer fresh fruit and yoghurt for breakfast. No kettle in room. A free drinks vending machine in downstairs lounge doesn't make up for no kettle - vending machines offer poor quality drinks.

Breakfast was just average. Only cereals and a "full English breakfast" offered. No fresh fruit or yoghurt. Full English breakfast was limited. For example one day egg, beans, hash browns bacon & sausages & toast and the next day tomatoes replaced the sausages. Compared to other hotels limited in range of items.

The hotel is located in a very good area, close to Soho and to a public transport station. It was very clean and the staff were very friendly. The breakfast is not a buffet, but you have the option to choose what you want to eat. I will remember this for my next stay in London, very much recommended!

The walls are very thin, so you should bring yourself an earplug.

Good service, good breakfast and very good location. The room and the building is very authentic, really English feeling in the centre of London.

Missing kettle and small fridge. No cold water from the tap, warm water from both pipes.

Good location, very clean, towels changed everyday. The breakfast was very tasty and girls working in the dining were very polite. Excellent location, close to 4 tube stations and 10-15 mins walk to Covent garden. The room was small, and the wifi connection not so good. Also, isolation not so good since you hear the traffic

It was a little tired and lounge full of stuff so not as welcoming - felt bit more like a backpackers than a hotel. But once in the room, great. Some bottled water would be a nice touch.

Great location near Euston and UCL. Decent sized room, clean and comfortable with en-suite. Lovely breakfast - both continental and cooked available. Staff friendly and attentive. Offered to store luggage for day.

A bit outdated, but super friendly and helpful staff make up for it, also very clean

Staff did their best to help us, my wife broke her leg, we were given a room in first floor no stairs, breakfast on a tray, and help with bags. Great location, good breakfast, super friendly staff, very clean, well managed and maintained

Need to inform clients of the stairs and no lift.

I stayed in the Ridgemount hotel for 4 days as a solo traveller. The experience was great: cosy clean room, great location with several underground stations and plenty of sightseeing nearby. Also, the staff is friendly and ready to help with any request. I will surely visit again.

Soundproofing is non-existent. We could hear the person next door coughing, and you can hear doors open and close in the hallway very clearly.

The location is great for a short visit. Can walk many places, and there are coffee shops and restaurants relatively close. The check-in is early (1pm) which is great. The person working was very friendly.

Brilliant staff, great stay and so accommodating. I was running the London marathon and they allowed me to come back after the race and shower and collect my bags, I didn’t even ask to, they told me I could if I liked which was brilliant and just going above and beyond. Anything I needed they was more than happy to help. Thank you.
