Bathroom was a little old fashioned, but very clean, and functional and great shower pressure. Wouldn’t put me off staying again.

The room was a bit small. Only one chair. It was also a bit far from the train station if you have big luggage.

Our host was great. She was flexible on our check out time and gave us a few suggestions for our next visit. She also helped with planning a day excursion out of town without a car.

Stayed for 2 nights. A very nice room, clean and fresh❤️ the owner was very sweet and helpful! Close to the city and yet so peaceful and nice neighbourhood! If we visit Inverness again, we would book here, no doupt! Loved it!

Everything about the property is like being in a story book. I hope to return to Inverness one day. I won’t go if I can’t stay here! Not to mention, the host is the most kind and accommodating individual. We had a wonderful stay. Clean, beautifully decorated, great location.

A beautiful and quiet retreat on the River Ness. The room was clean and bright, looking over the river. Eilidh was a most accommodating, warm, and helpful host. Our train was late coming in. We emailed Eilidh, and she got back to us almost immediately with constructive and helpful suggestions.

beautiful guesthouse 10 min walk away from the city centre. The house overlooks the river. Interiors have been done recently and look great! The hose is super helpful and coordinated the arrivals via sms prior to us coming to ensure everything happened smoothly. She was very friendly and helped make my birthday very special by giving us a bottle of wine. The room is very quiet and spacious.

We were fine with finding breakfast elsewhere. Corbies is usually full despite not offering breakfast which shows what an excellent guest house it is!

Wonderful host, friendly and lots of good suggestions about local sites. Great location across from the river Ness so great for good walks. And near an excellent restaurant.

Great location--close to many points of interest and the finish of the Great Glen Way. Very friendly hosts, nice handout with restaurant suggestions, things to see and do, and a map! Road facing room was very quiet with a view of the river.

Quick response to our queries from our friendly host, Eilidh. We got good recommendations for day trips and dining from her. The rooms were nicely decorated and cozy. We had a view of the river from our windows. The place was within walking distance to the town center. Many eateries along the river towards and within the town center. It was a pleasant walk along the river. Parking across the street was free. But we had to get a parking permit from the host.
