Absolutely nothing to dislike.

The garden room was superb. Everything you could ask for and more. Tommy and Harold were exceptional hosts, very welcoming, and ensured we had everything to make our stay comfortable. The little touches like wine and orange juice in the fridge and then freshly baked crossiants left for us one morning, wonderful. .

It was perfect for our short stay in London. The bungalow was very comfortable with plenty of amenities. Location is central which allowed us to get a lot of things done in a relaxed manner. We truly enjoyed our stay! Highly recommend.

Tommy didn't quite succeed to raise the temperature above 20 dgrs Celcius in december. Apart from that: nothing!!

What a superb place to stay in Londen! Very, very friendly host. Where do you find a host that brings you: a bottle of wine, several snacks, noodles, fresh orange juice, Greek desserts etcetera. Very clean place, I think in summer even beter than in december, because of the garden. In the middle of London, but, sooo quiet. Very near the most important Tube-lines. Luggage-left service. Double bed. Nice shower. Nespresso coffee-machine, several cups. Fresh fruit. And, no I am not the owner.., Just a very satisfied customer. Tommy, thank u very much, if we come back we try to stay with u, if ure free...

The hosts Tommy and Harold were wonderful. They couldn’t do enough for us. The little bungalow is fit out with everything you need and if it isn’t then they will get it for you. It is so quiet and away from the busy streets which is what we wanted. It was a little far out for St Paul’s and other main attractions but we got the tube most of the time. We would def stay there again and recommend it to anyone.

We liked everything about our stay in the bungalow. It was comfortable, clean and relaxing. Location was perfect - a close walk to the underground tube, and many sightseeing highlights. Tommy and Harold were very helpful and friendly, and Blanco their dog welcoming.

This is a first-rate spot for visiting London as well as exploring the Notting Hill neighborhood. Harold and Tommy are amazing hosts, and this is a VERY well-equipped little studio, with everything you could possibly need provided. Beautiful garden, quiet, and convenient.

The apartment and especially the bathroom are small. Adequate space to be comfortable, but the clearances are tight. Also, the unit has no air conditioning. In London that is not a frequent concern. On a warm summer night it might get toasty,

Great apartment in an elegant and convenient West End neighborhood. The unit opens onto a small garden. Very little street noise. The bed and the linens were comfortable. The hosts were welcoming, glad to share their knowledge of the neighborhood, and thoughtful in stocking the fridge with a few helpful commodities. You could spend a week trying all of the coffee shops and bakeries in the neighborhood.

Nothing - We even walked from Euston Station and it took one hour - totally do able..

We had tickets for Hyde Park The Boss and wanted to stay over and found this place. It was exceptional. Not only is the bungalow fully kitted out, clean and secure you have use of a beautiful garden. Okay we stayed in July and for once the English weather was kind I enjoyed a couple of glasses of fizz smelling the wonderful jasmine Tommy has in the garden. Location was even better, if possible. Kensington Garden across the road - Hyde part 20 minutes walk. Portobello market not even 10 minutes away. Shops. tube and bars local. I would love to come back to explore the lovely area. Completely recomend

Thoughtful and comfortable accommodations with many amenities for travelers. Tommy and Harold made us feel welcomed and we also enjoyed being greeted by their sweet pup Blanco. The property is surprisingly quiet and offers a serene location with is surrounded by a beautiful garden with many large blooming flowers.

Nothing not to like they've thought of everything

Exceptional. The property was spotlessly clean and there was everything you needed and more. Fabulous location plenty of bars and places to eat and close to tube station. Checked in early and met by the lovely friendly Tommy there was milk orange juice water and even a bottle of pinot grigio in the fridge. Also chocolate and fruit. Those special touches make such a difference Will definitely return 🙂

Leaving 😥 Unavailability (I thought about writing a bad review, just so it will be available next time I visit London)

Tommy and Blanco were exceptional hosts, and they went above and beyond to make our stay more memorable. Our room was very clean, spacious and comfortable. The extras provided in the room are really thoughtful, and if you happen to stay on a Friday, you may find some extra delicious treats left for you The garden area was a very beautiful and tranquil space, which we used frequently. The location is excellent, only a short walk to Kensington Gardens/Palace, and the underground.

Can not fault this, more than I expected with little extras given . Had milk/tea /coffee facilities , extras Fruit, wine, breakfast bars and porridge. Well equipped. Definitely recommend.
