Very very clean , decorated to the highest standards, breakfast and choice of breakfast were amazing . Nothing was too much trouble for the host Mark . Bedroom we stayed in number 4 , out of this world , we would both definitely go back to the Roomours Hotel.

Much as we loved the property and would struggle to find a bad word, I have one (some would think, petty) niggle; tissues… There were two boxes of tissues available, one in the bedroom and one in the bathroom. Most thoughtful touch and especially welcome for someone with rhinitis who wakes up with a runny nose. My niggle? The bathroom box had just three tissues and the bedroom box had six tissues. If you’re going to leave a box of tissues in the room, one full one is better than two empties. Other than that, it won’t put us off returning next time we plan to stay in Llandudno!

Décor throughout was lovely… signs of modernisations showed a lot of thought has been put into it. Breakfast was very well cooked and presented and the dining room very comfortable. I liked the wide choice of breakfasts available. Private car parking was available at the hotel, no scrabbling around for places to park on the road. Big selling point for travellers by car.

The tog of the quilt was to much as it was a hot day night, and the plug in the sink wouldn’t open so we couldn’t drain the sink and the toilet seat was loose! Plus to was way to small for the room, apart from that it was good

Slight worry at first that the car park is down a slope and spaces are just a little tight. But I'm not a good parker. On further use it didn't prove a problem. There is also plenty of easy street parking just outside. Best to avoid coming and going during nearby school drop off and pick up, otherwise general access no problem.

Breakfast excellent, wide choice cooked to order by a good chef. Location good, walking distance to both bays. Rooms spacious and attractively decorated and very comfortable. Impressive views. Pleasant public rooms, sunny front terrace (being upgraded). Very helpful host.
