We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

The bungalow was not only immaculate but so homely. We felt instantly in relaxation mode. It was well equipped with everything you'd need. We were supporting a gentleman with learning disabilities and mobility restrictions and Rose Haven was just perfect for him.

United KingdomI travel with 3 ladies, so its important to have plenty of mirrors, in all of the rooms, which were lacking, no iron, or ironing board were at the property, and some attention to the electrics need addressing.
The fact that it had 4 bedrooms, good layout, and two bathrooms, plenty of, towels and necessary products. This is the fourth Air B and B I have visited in Dungannon area, and would definitely return.

IrelandThe house is spick and spam and very luxe feel to it! So easy to get to and the host Gary and Orla are just amazing so helpful and thoughtful. I was visiting with my bridal party to to try on wedding dresses and they left the sweetest note and bottle of fab rose! Thank you guys xxx

United KingdomThe place was very dirty. The bedding was dirty, the beds hadn't been changed and some was stained. One of the mattresses was disgusting. The fridge was disgusting with mould and gone off milk. The floors hadn't been swept. The toilet had been used and not flushed, and dirty towels were in the bathroom. There was no hairdryer despite it appearing on the list.

United KingdomThere were holes in the walls where sockets had been. There was a plug socket hanging out the ceiling in the single bed room. The sockets in the double were attached to the bottom of the wardrobe and so close to the floor that it was impossible to put a plug in. There were no handles on the bedside cabinet in the twin room, no mirrors, and the chest of draws all had bedding in. The ensuite is in serious need of a revamp. The shower is rusted around the bottom and has damp on the wall. There is also no mirror, and the radiator needs bleeding as only half of it heats up. The wardrobe also had what looked like a pile of dirty washing. The carpet in the dining area had not been cleaned. There was a highchair left up in there and a clothes dryer. The oven grill was dirty and looked like it had not been cleaned in a while. We had to clean some of the plates and cups before we could use them. We read the previous views and thought as it had such a high rating that it would be perfect. We were extremely disappointed. It looks like the owners are making some improvements as the wet room was very nice.
