Was a little on the smaller side for 2 people but still functional. Fridge is really small so didn't really use it as would not fit much.

Loved the location. Perfect for traveling as it was walking distance to many go to locations and very close to Paddington tube station. Room was small but expected and did what we needed it to be for this trip as we weren't in room very often.

The lower floor rooms are extremely noisy, it is almost as if you are sleeping in an underground station... Best to avoid when you are a light sleeper.

Decent room in a good location close to Paddington Station and busstations around the corner. Very happy with the hotel accommodating a move to a higher floor room from the second night.

There were two issues we would mention although these did not detract from our enjoyable stay. There was an opaque glass bathroom door which had a gap all around making absolute privacy difficult. Getting luggage across the narrow landing was a bit awkward.

The staff were welcoming and friendly and all made a point of acknowledging us each time we passed reception. Location is nice with a pretty park opposite and it’s only a short walk from Paddington railway station. Our room was nicely modernised and exceptionally clean. There was ample space to store our luggage in our room (unlike some other London hotels). The walk-in shower was hot and beds were really comfortable. The aircon worked well as did the lift. This hotel offered everything we needed for our stay.

As is typical for many of the rooms in this location, the room was very small. The shower and toilet were clean but the room itself needs corners cleaned. The lovely window to the park was very dirty and a flood light on the building was right out our window at night. A friendlier reception would have been appreciated in this big city.

The location was terrific! So close to Paddington station, the Big Bus, Hyde Park, and restaurants and yet facing a quieter park. It was easy to find and the reception was open 24/7. The bed, linens and lighting in the room were excellent. The large old fashioned veranda window in the room was charming!

Comments have been made about the fact that the hotel sits over the train tunnels. Yes, there was some vibration but nothing that disturbed out stay or caused any lack of sleep.

I choose the property due to its proximity to Paddington Station. I have stayed at various properties in this area over the years and would consider this the best of the lot. Well kept up and more modern features than any of the other hotels I have tried. What was really nice was that it had a lift!

The property was very well located. Easy access to Heathrow airport. Plenty of eateries in the vicinity. Easy walk to Little Venice, Kensington Park. The property was very clean, and fresh looking.

The room was extremely small. The bath even smaller. Sadly the bath door (frosted glass) didn't close, the shower water control meant you must stand under the shower to turn on and control temp. Added to the experience, the glass folding shower door was difficult to close/latch.

The location was excellent for our needs. The neighborhood was quiet and had pubs for food and tube station for travels close.

The hotel was very clean. Although a bit small, it's not like other 3 star hotels with smells, and messes. The hotel was very neat. Although rooms were a bit small, it's understandable as the price for hotels in London is a bit pricey. Overall it's perfect. Love the cleanliness. Looks like a new hotel too. Street parking is available right infront too. Restaurants, stores all within walking distance and very safe to walk around!

The room was small, which is fine but it was quite tight if you have larger luggage. Limited surfaces. Lack of instruction for coffee machine and mini fridge. You can hear/feel the underground even from a 3rd floor room. Bad water pressure in the shower and controlling temperature was also an issue.

Great location. Comfortable and equipped for resting after a long day in the city. Bed was comfortable and rooms felt newly renovated.
