We felt there was a lack of crockery and glassware. No wine glasses, no non-stick pans. So we were limited with cooking we could do, and it was Valentines Day. We booked an apartment we could eat in rather than go out. The shower only reached a moderate level of heat, so showering was not pleasant. There was a lot of road noise.

Location was central and easy to find. It was clean. There is a Tesco express over the road. It is near to local bars and restaurants. The city centre is 7 minute walk away. Lifts to all levels.

Great location to visit Chester, modern building, room was clean, warm and comfortable, easy checkin, great shower.

No real issues. The closest car park was fine but to extend our stay we needed to leave the car park for 30 mins before we could pay for the next 24 hrs. Not a major problem and we were able to sort it out.

The location was really good - close to the centre. A very comfortable bed, helpful that we were able to sort out food on site. Spotlessly clean. Clear directions and information about how to get in touch if there were any problems. Recommended.

# Nothing, even when there was a slight issue Alex sorted it within minutes. He was very helpful and we appreciated how quickly he sorted everything out.

Location is great! Just a 10 minute walk from the nearest tube station so made very convenient with public transport. In the local area there was some really nice bars and pubs.

The windows aren’t the best you can hear every noise out side whether someone talking to a car and the blinds don’t block the light curtains would be ideal

Only 1 remote for 2 tele’s but as there was only 2 of us in the property it wasn’t an inconvenience. Also couldn’t work out the sofa bed as we tried to chill in the living room watch films but wasn’t an issue as we slept in the bedroom.

Had to contact the host due to the boiler not being correctly set for heating to come on and low water temperature - this is something that could have been pre set for our visit. I would say luxury apartment is slightly overstated however this was an enjoyable and more cost efficient stay than hotels and still comes recommended to others. There was a hair dryer in the wardrobe with a shave adapter plug end however no where to plug this in and no adaptors in the property which was unusual. Slightly unusual bedroom design with a hole in the wall for natural light purposes however this contributes to slightly more noise levels and could be smelly if you cooked on the other side in the kitchen. Overall no issues sleeping as any noise did not last long at night.

The hosts communication was great and saved our trip from becoming a bad stay once we ran into an issue with the heating and water temperature settings - this was efficiently resolved and even late at night got a response. The property was very secure with door codes to get into the building and lockbox to the flat - easy instructions pre arrival received for property access and parking which was also very close to the property and reasonable prices. The location is great for walking in the centre, it also has Tesco express right next to it and plenty of food options around it, there are also attractions such as escape rooms just around the corner. There was Netflix set up on the lounge TV which was something different to a hotel stay and enjoyed this touch from the host. The price was more affordable then a hotel which is what confirmed my choice for the stay

Could do with black out curtains as the bright street lamp outside the window, we struggled to sleep the first night as the blinds didn't stop the bright light coming in.

Only slight complaint was the noise from the main road, but nothing too excessive.

This apartment was perfect for a little couples trip away, lovation was great, so close to everything including parking, clean and well equipped and had a comfy bed. Although we didn’t need to contact the host as there were no issues, the host was helpful with arrival and departure information. Will definitely be visiting again.
