The decor is beautiful and we appreciated the quality luxury furnishings. Plenty of space for a family of four and 2 dogs. Loved the sea view from the master bedroom. The location is perfect for a saunter down the prom.

The apartment was spacious, clean everything you needed for a fantastic stay, if I had a small critique it is about the parking, but I know it is the same all over Llandudno,but that aside we will definitely be going there again.

If I have to say something, the only thing I would suggest is a blackout blind in the front bedroom as it gets very light in the morning, but that is a minor point.

Really comfortable & stylish apartment. We usually struggle to sleep when we go away but not here, the beds were so comfy! Also Victoria is a very responsive host, especially considering as we booked so last minute.

Beautifully decorated, warm, cosy, chic and tasteful. Ideally located with unrestricted parking outside property - close to amenities but not right in the heart of things so peaceful and quiet at night. Beautiful views.

Towels too small - and no hooks in the bathroom for towels or clothes, wine glasses either gigantic- or tiny !

Spacious apartment , great view over the beach and the great orm. Fantastic location for restaurants. Decor was thoughtfully done in an art Deco theme. Well appointed .

Fantastic stay. First thing you say when you enter is "wow" - such a unique and spacious period style accommodation with stylish decor at a very high standard. Location great, opposite beach, perfect sea view from the lounge, and 20 min walk to the centre of Llandudno.

Amazing stay. The apartment is beautiful, stylish with a lovely homely feel. The decor and furniture is really unique and is a credit to the owners. Beds and bedding very comfortable. In a great location right on the seafront. A short walk into the main town but far enough away for peace and quiet. Will be booking again 100%

Overflow plug not attached correctly so had to clean up a leak after having a bath. No fresh towels during stay. Heating difficult to work out.

This property is absolutely stunning! They had thought of everything you may need for your stay. The beds were so comfortable that we looked so we could buy one when we got home. Fabulous decor and sea views made it very special!

The main problem with our own booking was lack of verbal communication with the owners. This led to stress as the day of arrival was approaching and we had no details of access etc to the apartment. We hadn't realised we had to leave an open deposit of £200 either which worried me. Most of these problems could have been solved, however, by a phone call and some reassurance. In the bathroom, there is nowhere to put your soap and shampoo in the shower cubicle. A place to hang your bath/shower towel would also be useful. The kitchen is very well equipped but needs a hand towel and condiments. Instructions about how to use the radiators would help (they are a bit unusual)

The Location and apartment decor and cleanliness were excellent. There is plenty of space in the Thomas Peers Suite and the bedrooms, lounge and kitchen are all a good size and very well appointed. The main bathroom is very luxurious. The lounge overlooks the sea front and promenade and had two comfy chairs to sit and watch the 'comings and goings'. It was our mothers favourite spot. Overall, It's a very comfortable place to stay.

The Suite is almost perfect. Our only negative comment is that wi-fi is great in all the rooms except the sitting room, where it was non-existent.

Beautifully decorated, very clean property in a beautiful location. There is lots to see and do within walking distance. The beds are very comfortable.

Parking was a nightmare. As a family with a teen and dog we had quite a few bags and odds and ends to transfer from car so wanted to be close by. Despite pouring rain so less day trippers, it took ages to park. No instructions about recycling so we bought a lot home!

Amazing location, beautifully presented and decorated. Fantastic attention to detail. The bed was so comfortable I had the best sleep I had in years. The bathrooms were lovely, kitchen well equipped for short stay. Communication with Victoria was professional and timely. Would love to return. Thanks so much Victoria x

For some people the walk may be a little far but we personally loved it.

We loved the property it was stylish and so clean, it’s been planned to such a high standard we loved it. The sea views are amazing, always parking options and we loved the location with the walk along the promonade into the main pier/ town.
