Very good location with easy access next to Russell Square underground station.

Location was good and room/bedding was clean.

There was not enough room to store luggage and still be able to get around in the room, and the bathroom door would not open all the way because it was hitting the bed. We had some issues with the toilet, but they were able to rig it to work while we were there.
the location was definitely good, very close to the terminal.

Great location, right next to the underground. Also a nice quiet stay. Access to supermarkets and food and drink areas. Place was fine for a short stay to just have somewhere to sleep. Had all you needed for that.

Similarly, if you use the telephone number online, you get a totally different company. It looks like someone (the owner?) wants to portray a completely different standard than was evident. A bit of fresh paint does not cover the tiredness of the rooms nor, especially, the public areas.
The staff member we met was very helpful. Linen and towels were freshly laundered.

Room had been cleaned but not sufficiently well. And despite the fact that this was booked for 2 people there was only 1 face-towel and 1 body-towel in the room.
Great location in an area of many amenities and good transportation links.

Czech Republic9 reviews3 helpful votes“one night for just a sleep - yes. no comfort”well, our room with “private bathroom” was small room where two latge bed were fit. no space left. bathroom is old and old razor covers on shelf, half used shower gels. it was not room as it showed on the picture. it was jist a room with no space for even two people fit infront of bathroom - we had to go to the gap between bed if someone wanted to go to bathroom.
the location is good - few minutes walk from Kongs Cross and Russel Squate tube near the house. the room - beds were clean.
