If I was going to be fussy and I mean really fussy because there wasn't anything wrong with it apart from I'd rather of had wooden bed frame

It was very modern and just like home! Very welcoming from the moment you open the front door. Kept very clean and tidy. Great place and will definitely be back!

The only thing was my bed in the lower bunk bed was a little uncomfortable, as I could feel the springs in my back. But everything else was brill !

A clean, modern, lovely decorated chalet! We loved it had a coffee machine! It was perfect for me , my mum & doggies !

We have just stayed in this lovely chalet for 3 nights and it was just perfect ! Sean the owner was so helpful and even let us check in early !! Weather could have been better but apart from that the perfect little getaway for me my husband and cockapoo Bo 🤩 we will definitely be booking again thank you

If I had to choose, the bathroom sink was small but there’s not much that can be done based on the space that you’re working with! (That’s being really picky!)

It’s absolutely perfect for a family of 4. Has everything you need, great location and the host’s communication was excellent!

Sean was amazing throughout the whole process after the reservation through booking.com. It's hard to put into words how good the Chalet is. It was like being at home with all your comforts. The Chalet is modern, comfy and very homely with everything you need for a great holiday, from games for the whole family, coffee machine, amazing kitchen equipment and utensils, to smart TV to relax with a glass of wine, then comfy beds for a good nights sleep.. It was very pet friendly, which was great. Thank you, Sean, for being the perfect host, and if I could have given more than a 10, I would have. I will definitely book again x ☺️

There were too many air fresheners for such a small space and I found it over powering but this was easily rectified by putting some under the sink during our stay. Didn’t affect our stay at all. Other than that the whole time in there was perfect.

It was very modern and bright. It was the little touches that really made it stand out for me. The extension lead, the foil, the toothbrushes, washing up liquid, salt and pepper as well as coffee and tea! It really makes a difference as there is always something you forget when going away!

For us there wasn't anything to dislike other than how cold it was, however they cant be responsible for the weather The fire in the main room certainly warmed the place quick enough and there are radiators in both bedrooms

the chalet is lovely, very modern and clean, loved all the little extras that they supplied..... cleaning materials, kitchen roll. tea towels etc. The coffee machine is a really nice touch, loved that. Communication with the owner was excellent, they even messaged after our arrival to see if everything was ok. They really have thought of everything, we would define stay again.

Everything. The hosts are professional and helpful. The Chalet is clean, it smells divine. The decor is beautiful and tasteful. The sofa and bed are very comfortable, for a great nights sleep. The shower is powerful and hot. The kitchen is well equipped, with oven, microwave, kettle, fridge freezer, all spotless. The location is fantastic, being so close to the beach and restaurants. It truly is a 'home from home' :-)

The chalet was wonderful and we really enjoyed our stay. Fabulous and transformative renovation, saw the journey in the photo book. We've been to and stayed in many places in and around Mablethorpe over the years and this was by far our favourite stay. Really well equipped, comfortable, spotlessly clean. In a great location, spoke to the friendly neighbours. Friendly comms with the hosts. Lovely that it was naturally dog friendly with them catered for and welcomed too. Would definitely book again.
