From the entrance into the house to the garden, the whole experience felt like a little castle. Absolute dream to stay here. The host was so wonderful and the breakfast was great. Everything spotless and it even smells great all around. All in all, do yourself a favor and treat yourself to a stay here!

The low flying planes coming into the airport spooked my dog and she was then getting spooked at things that never bothered her before. If I visited again I would ask for a room at the back and sacrifice the stunning views if it helped her.

Absolutely beautiful place. Brilliant host. It was a bit out for me because I was on foot but I've better knowledge about buses, shortcuts etc. I would recommend and would stay again.

Just an observation but would prefer to have a top sheet. The duvet although warm and light was a bit course and a top sheet would be more hygienic.

Everything, beautiful house, great hospitality team. Room was fabulous and the bathroom was like something from a bygone age, just beautiful.

Its was a jewel , its location , its views where superb the house its self was amazing , the breakfast was every thing you wanted but should not eat , DELICIOUS . Sandhill where so accommodating , I asked if friends could join me for breakfast Its was not a problem for them to arrange

Our stay at Sandhill House was wonderful. Lovely comfortable room and beautiful surroundings. We got a warm welcome and the breakfast was delicious...best I've had! Enjoyed meeting all the lovely animals too. Can't recommend staying here enough!

The room was fabulous, really spacious, very clean and so much care and attention to detail had gone into it all. I travelled alone with my 2 dogs, we were made very welcome and the room was perfect for us all! There was even a good leg stretching garden for the dogs in the morning which was fabulous! Would highly recommend, a lovely room, lovely breakfast and very friendly and welcoming owners!

We found the bedding a bit scratchy but that was probably a personal preference. The doors were also quite noisy and would slam but luckily for us, there didn't seem to be many others staying in the B&B.

Beautiful B&B in a lovely peaceful setting with everything you need for an enjoyable stay! The owner was very welcoming and made us an exceptional breakfast, better than many hotels we've stayed in. Our room was very comfortable with lots of thoughtful details such as some tunnocks teacakes, plenty of towels, water bottles etc. We will definitely be back!

Breakfast selection and quality was excellent, Room and view were superb. Despite a power cut during breakfast our Host (Elaine) remained calm and still provided a cooked breakfast using an Aga cooker.

Elaine was the quintessential hostess and nothing was too much. She put us in a wonderful ensuite room overlooking the garden, golf course and rugged coastline. We were allowed to call in a delivery dinner ( we arrived a little later than we thought) and use their plates and cutlery as there is a small kitchen upstairs ideally suited for the use of the guests. The room was superb with original period fittings, although the decor was lovely and modern. There were plugs to charge all our gadgets and Netflix was available on the TV as well as terrestrial TV. Breakfast was lovely and unhurried. What a gem of a place 😀
