The music in the roof top bar was really loud for a hotel bar, however there is a second bar on the ground floor.

The location is lovely. Breakfast was very good. We upgraded on checkin to a suite which was amazing as we were celebrating my partner’s 50th Birthday. The suite has a double balcony overlooking the Thames with a view of St Paul’s plus we bought our dog to stay on the 2nd night.

Rooms were to warm. Air conditioning only goes down to 19 however felt warmer than that. No opening windows or fresh air. Had to ask for top sheet because to warm to sleep with duvet. Nowhere to hang hand or body towels

The staff were super helpful and friendly. The rooms were spotless and nothing was a problem. The cleaning staff checked in again to make sure we were comfortable for the night. Breakfast staff were excellent. The river views were absolutely amazing. I am so pleased we chose to stay here.

The breakfest offer wasn't as in the 5 star Hotel. The hotel staff wasn't particularly friendly from the beginning to the end of our stay, even I would never say that they were unkind. It looks that they were too busy. The bathroom accessories weren't replenished for a few days, But it wasn't also a big problem. During our stay, we had an unpleasent situation. One night the fire alarm was went off around the midnight which really disturbed me and my husband. After that, someone from the hotel security knocked on the door of our room with explanation that he was charged to investigate alarm situation. We were told that we were not in the danger, but it was stressful for us. We didn't receive any kind of excuse from the hotel staff, not that night or for the rest of our stay. Truly, we would appreciate some words of apologies bcs of the inconvenience experience we had or even explanation for the accident.

The smell of the Hotel :) Room was modern and tasteful with a comfortable and huge bed. location was perfect, very convenient to train station and in walking distance to many attractive places.

Celebrating birthdays reception on leaving cases prior to check in confirmed they would supply a complimentary bottle of Prosecco and to advise reception when we returned The receptionist advised that wasn’t done and offered a glass to 2 of us poor communication between staff.

Spacious hotel with a unique theme. Nice restaurant, bars and amazing cocktail bar. Staff super friendly, even arranged a birthday surprise for a family member. Babs the hotel 'lobby ambassador' is a gem and ensures your experience is the best it can be. Put this hotel on your bucket list.

When we checked out we were asked if we wanted to add a tip to what we were due for the hotel staff. We had paid service charge when we were in bar etc and thought this a bit odd.

Loved the location it was so easy to get to all the places we had planned to visit. The rooms were bigger than any other hotel we stayed at in London. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Charging for porridge and espresso coffee at breakfast is not acceptable in a hotel like this. I stayed here the weekend of the London marathon and there were many like me that wanted a bowl of porridge the morning of the marathon - felt like profiteering to me

I stayed in a superior room and it was a little underwhelming. Superior room of a 5star hotel should be more comfortable. There was nothing special.

Location is just perfect and staff is very kind. Also coctails in the hotel's famous bar are amazing. Enjoyed my stay and would be happy to come back.
