Absolutely lovely little property. Great, very peaceful setting and yet within easy reach of amenities. Having a welcome food package was really great. Hilary was the perfect host. Easy reach of the Northern Line. We are used to a super king size bed at home so we’re a bit worried about sleeping in a double bed but it was very comfortable.

very minor point is that the wifi was weak but i understand that BT Fibre is arriving very soon, so that should not be problem in the future.

i needed a place to stay where i could park and have easy access to London tube line. High Barnet(northern line) tube was 25 mins walk or 10 mins by bus. So it was perfect, as i work near waterloo station, though be warned the walk is uphill at the beginning before you get to the main road where you can catch a bus to the station. . The hosts were very helpful and welcoming even though i arrived late in the evening due to traffic. The apartment was very clean, tidy, comfortable and well equipped. including access to a washing machine and dryer. The bathroom was a good size with a shower. They even provided some milk, bread, butter, marmalade, cheese and cereal which was very welcome. There is even a small garden for guests though not used by me as it was raining most of the time during my stay. I would certainly recommend this to anyone.

This is my second visit and the hosts Hilary and Harvey are wonderful. For me the apartment and its location are perfect as a 2 minute walk from my father’s care home. Hilary leaves a welcome pack which is much appreciated as well as access to netflix on the TV. Despite the cold weather it was very warm and cosy. Thank you both and hope to stay with you again soon.

There was some confusion over the pin code to gain access. We were provided one by booking. Com . But apparently, this was not the one needed. Unfortunately, they left a message on our home phone 400 miles away. Despite this, we had a lovely stay and would highly recommend maybe just double-check codes before travelling.

The host, Hillary was on site when I arrived and showed me the property. She was friendly and accommodating and had left a selection of basic supplies like bread and milk, tea, coffee and biscuits. The apartment was warm, comfortable and spotlessly clean. Ability to park adjacent to the property was a bonus.

It was great to come back to the peace and quiet of Barnet, the apartment and the small but lovely garden space after an exciting day in London. The train connection was very good to city centre and Harvey and Hillary were totally welcoming and helpful.

The sink for the kitchen area is not in the same room, it is in another room where the washing machine is. This did not affect our stay.

Very easy to find and a nice area. The bedroom was a lovely size and the bed settee was easy to put together. The tv in the main room had Netflix and Amazon Prime. It only has a microwave in the kitchen but was sufficient for our needs. Hilary had left in the fridge - milk, jam, marmalade, bread, different cheeses. In the kitchen cupboard was - cereals, tea, coffee, cheese biscuits.

The only issue we had was with the WiFi which was quite bad to be fair. But overall definitely a great accommodation.

The studio is spacious and with a separate bedroom. Clean, tidy and with absolutely everything you need for a comfortable stay. It is in a gated yard and feels very safe. There is a parking availability as well which is great as we traveled to London by car. Then we used the car to get to the first tube station of the Northern and Piccadilly Lines which are close, and go down to London in the morning and get back in the evening. Will use it again next time we go to London.

Situated in a quiet and calm part of Barnet yet walking distance to shops, buses and 2 mins away from Carlton care home where my father is a resident. The lounge area is very comfortable with a tv and netflix available. The bedroom is large with plenty of storage and another TV. Harvey and Hilary are very welcoming, available yet discrete All in all a pleasure staying in your apartment. Thank you both.

The accommodation was excellent. The owners were brilliant and very welcoming, they ensured we had everything we needed and more. They went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was perfect - even helping us work out a route to a concert we had booked. All of the facilities were to a high standard, and we would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a trip to London.

No real kitchen area with washing up facility.Had to go into next door utility and no real area to drain pots and had to carry all clean pots back ..suggest a tray, however would still not hesitate to give 5 stars!
