I really enjoyed my stay, the attitude of the reception staff, the cleanliness, the comfort of the bed, the location of the hotel, (3 minutes from the subway station), full of cafes and restaurants on the neighboring street, very quiet, in a quiet residential neighborhood. There is no doubt that I will return again and recommend further.

Location was excellent, very conveniently located ( a minutes walk to the underground) near a number of shops and restaurants but quiet. Bottled water in room that was replenished daily and air conditioning.

We did not enjoy the breakfast, eventhough the staff on charge were nice it was not a memorable experience.

Cleanliness, as a couple who do not like noisy and crowded places, the location is perfect. It is near to two tube stations and a bus station. 10 minute walk from Kensington Palace. Good hotel for the price. The reception has good smell.

Nice and friendly staff. The nice staff member downstairs near the door helped me and mom with the directions in the neighborhood. The location was one of the highlights of this trip. We were able to walk through Hyde Park, Bayswater, Paddington and Notting Hill

Great location and couple of mins walk to Bayswater tube. Very bustling little area with plenty of shops, bars and restaurants etc. Hotel very clean and staff lovely also great breakfast

Very small room with no fridge or microwave and a very small bathroom. Considering it’s a 4 star hotel this was disappointing.

Fantastic location (close to local shops and tube station) and lovely staff especially Monty in reception and the doorman Joseph. Comfy bed, shower had good pressure.

There were steps in our room, a couple of them were regular-sized steps and one was just a minor step. All camouflaged by the same carpet. The minor step is especially hazardous where we almost tripped and fell and crashed into the wall mirror several times, despite leaving a light on through the night. The bed mattress and pillows were so soft one has to be careful when tossing and turning in bed as you will risk pulling your back as there is hardly any support. We see in the reviews that others have also given feedback regarding this so hopefully the hotel will do something about it. All things considered, we will consider returning to this hotel in the future. Thank you.

Location. Very very close to two tube stations. Walking distance to Kensington Gardens, we love walking through the gardens on our way back at the end of the day. Room we got was quite spacious and clean. Housekeeping was every 2-3 days which was fine with us. Our room was quite quiet and peaceful. The 12pm check-out time was much appreciated.

Small bed - double. Bed couldn’t be any larger as the room was small.

Close to Hyde Park, restaurants and shops around the corner and Hop On stop just down the road.
