Everything. Spectacular views. Beautiful and large room. Room was serviced well with extra care to detail ie if there were any clothes left out, they were nicely folded etc. The air conditioner was the best of any hotel we have stayed in anywhere in the world. Usually we find that the room gets hot in the middle of the night. In terms of safety, the fire drill once a week was comforting as was the bag check in the lobby. Beautiful iconic hotel.

The bathroom had some steins on the floor and around the sink. I wasn't sure if these were due to not being cleaned properly or just wear and tear

The location was perfect, the views were amazing. The bed is extremely comfortable, I usually struggle to sleep and get comfortable but I slept like a baby, even slept in late which I never do

Mini bar slightly overpriced. Added discretionary service charge just for the room was a downside. We did pay it purely for the congratulations message we received on the window.

Lovely room. Great for a special occasion. The view is the highlight of staying at this hotel.

Not enough plugs and usb ports in the room. Only 2 regular tea bags.

The TV is positioned right in front of the window so the view from the bed is just the TV. This is such a small thing I did not like, but it would have been extra special not to have that TV in the way of such a beautiful view.

Awesome views across the river to Tower Bridge. Such a great location to explore this part of London. Very comfortable, large room with nice showers and bath.

Hotel starts on 35th floor. Limited space to sit somewhere comfortably and watch world below without having to buy a drink if you arrive before check in time. Had to chase up getting room key after the allocated 4 pm check in time. Got luggage an hour after getting in room trying to locate it. Lack of VIP Lounge area dependent on pricing of room in comparison to one other 5* that I know of. Location only on Northern Line on underground route and felt like an end of road (terminal) stop. Work being carried out externally and along the road from hotel.

The bathroom was lovely with novelty toilet programming. Obviously view from room was amazing as to be experienced once in a lifetime.

The staff were a bit creepy with upselling. At check-in, they did an awkward show to try to convince me to further upgrade room type. Later, we ordered the £80 caviar, but they then said they were sold out and offered me the £200 one ... And only after I asked did they reveal the £110 was available. This felt slimey at an already expensive hotel.

Well, the elevators are quite a journey. Yes fast, quick to arrive but to get from the reception on the 35th floor to the Hutong restaurant on the 33rd floor of the building took 4 changes of elevator. Go from bedroom on 44th floor to reception on 35th floor, change elevator, 35th floor to ground zero, change elevator. Go ground zero to floor 32, change elevator to go to floor 33. I was quite hungry when we got there!

Nothing based on my experience hence they are perfect in my eyes.

Where do I begin? Everything in this hotel is perfect. I can't fault anything. We were very much looked after the moment we checked in until we checked out. Friendliness and great staff are second to none.
