On arrival, no one could be found to check in... there's a phone number on the front door, which we left 2 voice messages to... about 20 mins after arrival, a man turned up and said sorry he had only just got messages, and check in is at 1pm. We told him no, the check in on booking is 12 midday. That's why we are here at 12.. we waited a further 10 mins to be told room is ready. The room was dirty. There was a TV, but no remote control, I asked for a remote control. The owners looked for remote but couldn't find one. A remote control couldn't be found so couldn't watch TV after talking to the owner twice. Still no remote.. The shower was really dirty couldn't use shower, as there was dry mould around the shower tray. Ending up having strip wash in the sink. This was a very cheap accomodation for Easter weekend. You get what you pay for, so despite my comments, if you want something really basic and just a room, then yes it's ok to stay in. You get your own bathroom with a shower, wash basin and toilet, but I wouldn't choose to stay here again, unless the bathroom facilities were cleaner.

My £25 a night room had only a single bed and a sink. Had t been decorated in years, not a single picture or mirror on the wall. No bedside table, no kettle & cups or things to make a coffee. No towels or soap with which to shower so just checked out in disgust.

Parking error was asked if wanted parking space reserved I said yes an then it was taking of me for someone else which resulted in a parking ticket, bedroom smelt of urine there was weed in the bed an a empty packet of drugs behind the bedside table. Zero WiFi an no TV really bad for £80 stay. The next we stayed around the corner in a travelodge for £72 an it was perfect

Was left stood outside for 25 minutes before i could even get access. Management phone number switched off, nobody responding to the doorbell. Power shower was a bloody trickle of water, wifi was very poor, cup and plate for a brew were dirty. No heating, very cold in the room. Not happy at all. There is ABSOLUTELY NOTHING LUXURY ABOUT THIS HOTEL, AND BEDROOM WAS NOT DELUXE. SHAMBLES. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

There was no one at reception at 7pm. I was ringing the doorbell for an hour with no answer. There was a hotel manager member on the door. I called the number 10 times. The phone was switched off. The hotel guest came out for smoke and he went to call the member of staff. It looked like they were asleep.

every thing it was dirty the shower was freezing cold and the tv didn’t work. a single mattress on the floor, the double divan bed kept coming apart in the middle

only nice thing was one male member of staff help out my sister when she locked her self out

It was dirty, very run down and outdated, doesn't have food facilities as stated. Says free WiFi but when we for the password wouldn't give it.

Wasn't prepared for arrival, the old bloke (who was pleasant enough) who ran the place had no idea I had booked a room, the manager hadn't told him. Room was unfinished and floor dirty. Bedding was clean. No towels provided. Tea bags and sugar not replenished throughout stay. No staff around to ask. So bought my own. Parking is charged at £10 per day, I feel this should be free for guests. Looks nice from the outside all a bit tired and grubby inside.

Location. Room a good size. Cheap Okay if you're just looking for a place to sleep and aren't bothered about the fine detail.

I wasn't a fan of the flea bites I got from the ten minutes I was there, the sandy, unmade bed, complete with stained sheets. I helped renovate a house that had been used as a squat, this place is dirtier!

No towels bedding was filthy, no hot water to get wash. Has to be worst hotel in Blackpool. Should be closed down .the bedding I don't think has been changed since the mid 90s.
