WiFi was awful and only available in reception and TV was too small for the room.struggled to read anything when sitting in bed.

Family room accommodated 6 people last minute. Beds were comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Great location.

Due to unforeseen circumstances cafe wasnt open and bar didn’t open in the day so nowhere to get a drink in the hotel during the day.

Wifi was non existent which presents a problem for the younger guests. No information booklets in the rooms or Hair Dryers/Irons etc. Hotel is dated in some areas.

Location was excellent and close to all amenities. Rooms were very clean. Has a bar and coffee shop and evening entertainment.

The room was abit hot but apart from that it was lovely.

The staff were all very welcoming. We played bingo and there was singing which made for a good night.

The reception staff always had their head down never acknowledged us going out or coming in asked for hand saniter outside 3rd floor lift on Fri first day there still no sanitisers on leaving Monday morning no breakfast available due to covid regs was fully booked no option to book on line says pay at hotel payment was taken off my card again says pay at hotel no thank you for staying with us from receptionist on leaving Monday morning no table service in bar had to keep 2 meters from other customers by bar when ordering we could of given our key to friends to use the room reception never acknowledged us

We occupied room 008, which was underneath the ballroom, hence quite noisy from 8-11 pm. No breakfast was offered, therefore, we had to supply our own.

Very clean room but old fashioned. Sink in bedroom not in bathroom. Old style communication box on wall. WiFi not in bedrooms.

We couldn't get wi fi signal in our basement room & the phone in the room didn't work. Also we couldn't buy meals at the hotel. Sometimes there was quite a lot of noise from the outside. Two of the towels provided were stained, but promptly replaced.

Excellent location right on the esplanade, easy to find & parking at rear of hotel, easy flat access to high street shops. The staff were friendly & helpful & we thought the hotel was good value for money.

en suite very small limited hotel car parking but we were aware of this and staff helpful with alternatives

en suite bathroom had the smallest sink ever !! bumping my head on the shelf when brushing my teeth. Shower small also Good location but due to cover restrictions restaurant bookings a must as we did not have any meals booked at hotel Hotel is a Daish's hotel so a lot of half board packages - disappointed that breakfast was not even an option to buy at the hotel through booking.com bed only customers !!! entertainment as most seaside hotels but again if you are staying in get a seat before dinner guests come out Room view lovely but seagulls a nightmare from about 4.30-5 am some even pecking on the windows !!! lol Good covid rules which worked well

Nothing much to complain about although feel the rooms could do with a bit of modernising and no mirror on dressing table for drying hair.

Entertainment good and Dominique was extremely helpful and also the lady with fair hair on reception.Dominique was extremely helpful with the wheelchair situation.Also the bar staff at night throughout our stay were extremely professional and friendly with the service.

Booking.com states on their site that I could purchase breakfast at extra cost on arrival. But once we arrived we were told that we could not. Staff advised us about a cafe around the corner that opens early. So the next morning we headed round and it was shut. The bar should be able to take care payments.

Location is top. Rooms are comfortable. Staff are friendly. Would use again if the breakfast situation is clear. We also had secure parking for our motorbikes which was a bonus.

Nothing, paid for a room was told it would be fine to check in late, door was locked and I was left out side in minus degree cold weather. Didn't ger to stay and waa left with no where to go. Not offering me a refund either. Staff were rude and unhelpful

The restaurant staff at breakfast were awfull. I was given a very cold responce when i asked for an extra hash brown as i dont eat meat. I had to ask for a refil of tea and was treated like a 3rd class citizen.

Location is great and reception staff were amazing
