Very tiny room, there is no space to open your luggages. The closest in the room and carpet had a lot of dust. The rooms had no soundproofing

Maybe that the walls were a bit thin, but this is always the case with hotels.

Nice, clean room with everything you might need on a trip. Good selection of toiletries and teas. Even had a sound machine for people who can't sleep. Happy with the choice.

The carpet smelled a little bit funny, which did bother during a four day stay. Unfortunately the code to the door from the mail didn't work, we had chance that there was still a member of staff in the reception and gave us an emergency code. But the staff isn’t there 24/7 wo we would had a big problem

Really liked the design of the room. Localisation was perfect, it took very little time to get to various types of transport.

TV wasn’t tuned in and couldn’t get the channels. bathroom was very clean but the bedroom carpet needed hoovering and it needed a dust/wipe around. I did mention it at reception so hopefully this will be done for the next guests.

The check in process was all online and had to be done in advance. Unfortunately I’d booked the tickets as I got onto a flight for 24hrs, and arriving at the hotel without having performed the online check caused a lot of problems and a delay to entry by 40 minutes or so! There are no staff at the check in desk, it’s all done remotely. Thank you to the customer service advisor Michael for all your help!

I had little light in my room because my window was facing a wall which is something you do not see in the adds. The water in the bathroom tap works badly, meaning whether you are turning right or left the water is always warm, which is not very nice if you want to drink water. Also you have to pay 25 pounds for every cleaning you want. There is no staff at the property, and you have to chat with them online to get your stuff resolved and I have found that process, while quick (in terms of how fast they reply), not to be very good/efficient, you are always talking to different people, rather than having the same person. Also, I found some old panties at the very top of the drawer hidden away that the cleaning ladies might have missed when I arrived. It was not that much of a big deal because these things can happen and I blame more the person who left them there, than the person cleaning the room. However, when you take all these things together combined the stay is not as nice as I expected it to be.

The room was nice, big size, spacious, good bed, and good desk! There was not much noice, wifi was good and good place to work online if you have to. There is also a fridge and a safe which is quite nice. It is also a very central location with the tube station very close to the hotel. Bathroom was nice as well.

to check in is so complicated, everything needs to be done on the phone. before I arrived I didn’t know that i need to fill the forms online, the email with the link wasn’t sent. i spend two hours in the reception till i got access to my room . is just so complicated. but the staff was really helpful and she was on the phone with me till I checked in .

No towels. The most disappointing aspect was the lack of staff on the desk and the process required to gain access to the room. Creating an account with Sonder was not a smooth transition (facial recognition not working etc) and was in fact, a tedious process for something that should have been relatively straightforward. Member of staff on the desk saw us at the door waiting to be let in and left us stood there for five minutes before allowing us access.

Room was lovely and clean, stylish and very well priced for the level of quality we received.

The room wasn’t as clean as I was expecting, stains on the carpet, looks like tea of coffee, which is very easy to clean with carpet cleaner or soppy water, it just created the feeling that it wasn’t clean. Lots of cobwebs and a used cotton bud behind the fridge. Fire alarm went off at 8 o’clock in the morning and had to evacuate for around 40 mins, not ideal but these things happen. Fire brigade came and turned off the alarm, I don’t no if this could of been avoided because seems like it was more of a panel/alarm issue than an actual fire

Easy check in and out process, arrived in London earlier than our check in time (4 o’clock is really late only thing that nearly stopped me from booking the property in the first place.) called the contact centre and was given permission to enter the property at 12:30 which was very helpful as we had a lot of luggage and was very cold! You didn’t have to allow us to enter early so it was massively appreciated. Online chat is a great tool aswell, was able to ask for help or if I had a question and got a speedy reply every time

Entrance is through the Costa Coffee downstairs which is a bit wierd. TV could have worked a bit better, but I wasn't really there for TV. Bathroom is on the tiny side, but clean and everything worked.

Decent sized room, centrally located. The room was super clean...think Habitat does hotels. Several 'food' places around, including M&S, Pret, Starbucks, Waitrose and then restaurants along the canal.

No check in was a pain and didn’t say when booking the hotel. Had a couple locked out of there room and heard them chatting in the hallway for 2 hours before someone came to sort it.
