We did have a mishap with our room upon arrival. Since we were checking in very late nothing could be done that night, but the next morning the staff deal with the situation very diligently and we exchanged rooms without any problem.

There is nothing not to like. The hotel has history, charm, extremely comfortable facilities. The rooms are impeccable. Breakfast buffet is British at its best - although we did miss porridge and eggs Benedict in the mornings (which are only available in the a la carte menu). And ALL the staff are simply extraordinary.

Boring part: Value for money is a question for me in this case. One room with two double beds in it... it's surprise for such price. Somehow I've missed to understand that two double beds will be in one room while booking this hotel. Consider this point when you'll book it. Room is very small, but it's fine if you are visiting London to spend more time outside and not spend much time in the hotel (it was our case), but then you can't fully enjoy what hotel can offer you.

Very nice and cozy hotel with very central location! Underground station is next to the corner which make hotel location even better! Multiple attractions are in 5-15minutes walk. Staff is nice, polite and helpful! Our stay was nice and full of good memories! Thank you Team of St. Ermins Hotel!

Requested cot bed but was not set up in the room. Receptionist helped us swiftly :) I would not recommend cot bet in a Executed Larger guest room, it really does not leave room to move around the room :(

Loved the happy hour in the lovely reception, great idea to use the space, it was very lively. Had dinner at the hotel restaurant and it was devine!

Stunning property with so much history. Couldn’t have been any more beautiful or better situated in London. We loved walking through St James Park in the evening to get to dinner in other central locations.

The hotel was experiencing a problem with the water system, and two of our party were unable to shower on the last morning. I informed reception and was told that it was an ongoing problem. The receptionist addressed this issue by altering the overall cost considerably. We were more than happy with the outcome and it would not deter us from staying at this beautiful hotel again.

I can hear the noised from the corridor when ppeople open and close their door but it was not that disturbing.

The staffs were very helpful and kind. The room was spacious enough for one people. I ordered from in room dining and I enjoyed the food.

Gorgeous property! Restaurant and lounge area were frequently used, and the walk up to the hotel was magical at night. Location was exceptional and staff were first rate. Only knock is that room was tight, but we knew that going in. Highly recommend!
