The location was perfect for the event we were attending, the room was large and very clean and the bed super comfy. Breakfast was excellent too. My partner left a mirror in the room and the hotel staff could not have been more helpful and courteous in ensuring its safe return. Great stay, we would certainly return here and will consider/recommend Staybridge Suites in other locations in the future too after this experience.

This is our favourite hotel in London. We stayed at this hotel for the second time. Excellent location, hotel is close to the city center and many places can be visited by walk. Everyone was extremely friendly, hard working and helpful. The room is spacious and with a well equipped kitchen, if you want to get your own food. Bed's is comfy. There are USB and Tape-C charging ports, so you don’t need any adapter. The breakfast was very good and high quality. We liked very nice social event in the evenings. We really enjoyed our stay!

Place is quiet Breakfast was rich (included as complimentary) I always like the fact that the rooms have kitchen utilities. It makes it easier to heat up food etc…

The suites are a really good size, furnished to a high standard and have everything you need. A really well thought out design. Lovely and quiet and just a two minute walk from the Thames. The breakfast facilities are amazing, huge choice. Loved it

The view from the rooms was not the best but the price was worth the stay!

Clean & spacious room and nice common area. Ample quantity of breakfast with quite many options. We had to check-out early in the morning due to our travel plans but the breakfast was open from 6:30ish am. Thanks for your services!

In our room we had a very nice kitchen, furnished with a table to seat and enjoy the meal, but there was one chair only... not much comfortable if eating. At the breakfast, sometimes the french bakery was not perfectly cooked. And the staff at the reception was quite late in responding to a request we made when checking in; we had to give them a reminder for three times, and they provided what we had required the morning after.

Perfect position, in 10min by walking you get to the Westminster Bridge. The room was big, with a kitchen well furnished to use, if necessary.

Great staff, comfortable rooms. The managers social hour during the days we were there was great. Breakfast was fab. Close to Vauxhall tube, a 20 min walk to Westminster. Restaurants and supermarkets nearby. 100% recommend.

Little gem located so close to the main attractions around London. Short bus ride takes you to Parliament House and London eye . The staff are exceptionally attentive. It was my husband birthday and the hotel did make it special from the time we arrived till we checked out . I have starred the hotel for my next stay over on Central London .

Having to leave!

Location, close to Vauxhall tube and bus station. Our room was comfortable and clean. The kitchen facilities meant that we could come back after a day of gallery visits and eat in. The ample breakfast provided a good start to the day.

Some of the rooms have windows several tens of meters from the railway line. This wouldn't matter at all if some soundproof windows weren't broken. During our stay, we wanted to change rooms, but the window in one was also broken and the other smelled like a cemetery. That's why we refused to change the room.
