    Bathroom could have been roomier.

Great location a short walk from the arena with a kebab shop on the corner. Friendly, helpful staff and great homely spaces complete with comfortable bed, power shower and working hairdryer.

12 pounds for an average, small English breakfast is overpriced. The pastries were not fresh and the toast very thin. Yoghurt tubs were left out unrefrigerated.

The room was reasonably sized, comfortable and clean. A ten-minute walk to the Manchester Arndale Mall, the hotel is in a great location. Having parking onsite for a reasonable price is very handy. We had breakfast the first morning, which we rated as ok - not great - and overpriced.

I typically wouldn't choose this place, but a friend recommended it. The room was quite small, and the bathroom facilities were very cramped, though sufficient for a quick stay. It's not a hotel where you can really relax. While the night staff were not very friendly, the day staff were much more pleasant.

    The property location was amazing

Room was small and bathroom was tiny but probably commensurate with the price. Mattress was very firm which hurts my hips but realise you can’t cater for everyone.

An excellent breakfast at a reasonable price. Very convenient for the AO stadium

The decor was a bit faded- functional but needed brightening up a bit. The bathroom was on the small side- I was ok but anyone large would struggle a bit in the shower cubicle…

The room was clean and comfortable and the staff did everything to help me store my bicycle safely while I stayed there.

Bathroom a little bit on the small side but it was ok for a one night stay.

Friendly staff, parking available at the hotel, it was nice & quiet, comfortable, a light room with mirrors to be able to get ready, great location for the city centre. Will stay again. Breakfast available at an extra charge.

Extremely disappointed with unexpected £30 car parking charge
    • Leisure trip
    • Couple
    • Double Room

Got charged £30 for 2 day parking for the first time after we had booked a non refundable room. Stayed here several times before and with Filter for Free Parking there was no notification that this time we would be forced to pay £30 for parking. As we had stayed there many times before we booked non refundable but then got hit with an extra £30 for parking. Extremely disappointed - more with Booking.com than the hotel but generally not very happy at all and feel conned.!

Location near to family we were visiting

The room was very small, especially the bathroom, where you could hardly use the sink or get dressed without bumping your arms against the shower doors. Also, the shower doors did not close properly. The pillows weren’t very comfortable, as they were too thin, and there were no others available in the room, only 1 per bed (did not ask at the reception, though).

Close to the city centre. The staff were nice. The room had a TV with multiple channels available. Kettle, tea, and coffee available in the room. Good hairdryer available in the room. The room’s temperature was comfortable.
