The area was a bit dirty and scruffy but quiet enough at night. House short of a can opener and bottle opener and a few more cooking utensils for serving up would be useful. The bathroom is on the ground floor down steep stairs for elderly guests who need frequent bathroom visits at night!

Lovely comfortable lounge and bedrooms, stylishly decorated, everything very clean. Good access for trams and buses and shops.

It’s location, surrounding area and a lot of cars parked on both side of narrow street. But it’s free and nothing to complain about the flat.

They provided suitable good facilities and amenities. The bedroom and living room’s cozy.

The lock for the main door wasn't working properly and caused issues. Have reported. The bannister fell off the wall but they came and fixed within the hour.

Quick response to the couple of situations we had and a very good contractor who came to fix the bannister.

Clean & comfy property with everything you need. The Location is great as it’s only a short walk to local shops & public transport. Stefan was really responsive and made sure to check in with us each day in case we needed anything extra!

Personally I found the beds quite uncomfortable, but that is probably different for everyone. The water pressure in the shower was very low. I was worried about finding parking in the street, but luckily each time there was a gap some where, so it was fine. Unfortunately the streets around there were very dirty, full of litter etc. Clearly the council had not collected refuse since Christmas which tarnished the feel of the area

Really interesting to see what these places look like from inside. Can't imagine what it must have been like years back, before the bathroom was added. This one was thoroughly modernised and had everything we needed for our short stay in Nottingham. 2 spacious bedrooms each with a double bed was perfect. Everything was clean and worked well. Can recommend.

We were visiting family in New Basford , and it was easy walking distance from there. We were three adults? Who all needed a separate room and even the person sleeping in the living room had their own door to close behind them. It was great to have a name contact on the company to ask questions if necessary.

Not really anything negative to say but for balance: if you are wanting something super-central then this is perhaps not the place for you; but if you're happy with a short walk to a fast and regular tram service then that's not an issue (and Uber was also cheap and easy). The building is a typical old "two-up, two-down" so the bathroom is on the ground floor which is not to everyone's taste; however I'm only nitpicking and it was fantastic value so it was easy to get over any minor negatives.

The communication with the host was superb, they kept us very well informed throughout and responses were near instantaneous. The property seemed very well maintained and had basically everything you would want. There was free street parking and we could pretty much park right outside the door [possible that we were lucky]. It was convenient to a tram stop and a large Asda plus other local shops. The area felt safe to us and it was pretty quiet. And we thought it was a very reasonable price.

Kitchen equipment very basic, though adequate.

Great property. living room with sofa bed fully separate from kitchen (though house front door entry directly into living room), so basically like three separate bedrooms. Lovely neighbourhood. Highly recommend the corner shop! Amazing selection of indian groceries and fresh produce. Appreciated the tea, coffee and biscuits (and also salt, sugar and pepper) provided.

I found parking up on the pavement a bit tricky, but that's probably just me. The stairs were a bit steep, but again, probably just me. The garden is not yet ready but it will be a great wee space to sit outside.

The owner answered any questions we had before our stay in a friendly and polite manner. The property has obviously been finished with the guests' comfort in mind. If we have to come back to Nottingham again we will definitely rebook.

First off, I think this is the best property I have stayed at so far. The host made the stay easy and comfortable for us as the guests. The place is well furnished and very comfortable, it’s also very modern. It has a good location being less than 15 minutes from city center, so it’s very convenient.
