Maybe a little better signage from the street - It was just a bit hard to find.

We had two rooms - one for my son and the three boys and one for me. We really appreciated the "goodies" that were provided for us - oatmeal, juice, water, pastries - really saved us time in the morning when we got an early start to see Stonehenge.

The location was excellent for our visit to Stonehenge. The room was spacious and very clean, as was the bathroom, which had an excellent shower. The breakfast bag was a wonderful touch and we were very grateful for it, given our early start the day we checked out. The location is so close to local shops, pubs and restaurants. We stayed in the Sarsen room.

Finding the location from parking was harder than it appear because the Friar house didn’t show up on our map.

The property was nicely updated and decorated.

TV was mounted a bit too high on the wall. Room would have benefited from a couple of easy chairs.

Clean, quiet spacious room. A huge, very comfortable bed with great quality linen. Clean modern shower room. Great tucked away location. Lovely pack of breakfast goodies including porridge, pastries, yogurt and fruit.

All good - maybe a loo brush in the bathroom?

Great location for me visiting family in Amesbury. Lovely room well furnished larger than I anticipated - very comfy king size bed. Heating was on when I arrived so lovely and warm. Huge shower room with great shower. Very quiet location. Continental breakfast bag perfectly adequate for my needs. Like the position of the TV for watching whilst in bed. LOVED the fresh milk in the fridge - makes all the difference to me - I dislike the little portions of UHT!

the weather on the day it was absolutely baltic

the kind man let us into the property 2 hours early as we arrived for the funeral early which was brilliant as we could get ready with time to spare. the place immaculate and to a very high standard. if i could suggest one thing it would be to have a couple of plates and fork’s available as we hadnt eaten all day and bought a chinese from over the road. we still managed to eat it as being from up north we simply went into bear grils mode. i would and will definitely book this lovely little place again

By far the best place to stay in Amesbury. Big beautiful room with a huge bathroom. Very quiet location. Parking was easy to find - literally right next door. The continental breakfast box was lovely and it was a pleasant surprise to have a fridge in the room. Lots of thoughtful little touches. I will be back!

A microwave would have been great but not sure if that's allowed! Side access gate a bit awkward to close/lock sometimes but not a major issue.

Nice large family room. Clean and tidy. Large bathroom too. Beds comfy. Had all facilities etc. Continental type breakfast provided and room tidied each day. Nice touch. Fridge was a bonus. Parking was easy in layby and just around the corner. Quiet location. Lovely Indian restaurant a few doors down and good location for Stonehenge and local attractions.

The picture does not represent the room as it is. There are three long rooms attached to one another in the garden of the guest house. The breakfast was poor: Instant porridge, breakfast bar, banana, yogurt and pre-packed chocolate croissant. If this is the offer - it should be stipulated what breakfast included actually means. Our diets were not checked and I am gluten free.

Good location for the village, excellent walking pathway nearby leading up to Stonehenge and friendly message on breakfast bag upon arrival.

Found a notice on the windscreen when we get back our car at around 10:15am The notice from the nearby clinic said we need to move out our car by 8am which is inconsistent with the information we received from the hotel

The food prepared for breakfast is nice The Indian restaurant nearby is yummy
