The train station is so close that the sound of the trains was really loud so remember to close the inside door aswell before going to sleep as this reduces the noise quite a bit

I didn't know it would be cleaned once every 4 days only. The sound of the trains is constant and quite audible from inside the room.

Modernly designed. Facility is good, we can do laundry and enjoy wine at the ground floor.

Bed wasn’t hugely comfy (although pillow were good). Although the soundproofing from the main reception areas was great, I could hear the trains vibrating through the bed - which kept me awake until they stopped around midnight.

Good location - just 5 mins walk from Waterloo station. Well equipped. Excellent shower, and good tea making facilities.

The communication with the hotel was difficult, because it had to be via booking.com, but the hotel kept posting links in their emails which were disabled by booking.com. Next time I would book directly with the property to avoid all the hassle.

It was clean and convenient, well equipped and great location. I got the access codes for the room in good time, and all worked well.

The AC and the microwave didn't work.

The location was great, easy access to transit and active enough that I felt safe. The room was clean and the staff was very helpful with any questions or concerns that I had.

Although close to Waterloo station, which was convenient, the noise from the trains was quite loud. Take ear plugs. In the information provided, we were supposed to have a stove top and toaster. Neither of which we had. It didn't matter too much as we ate out, but if you want to eat in, there is a microwave.

A few things were a problem, light in bathroom went off on a timer and had to open shower door to get it on again very annoying particularly as the shower tray filled up with water quickly and could easily cause a flood, there was a clicking noise constantly in the apartment and very late Saturday night 2/3am bottles were being emptied or tipped loudly into out door store bins which was very loud! Accept that there was going to be train and street noise due to proximity but that was unnecessary! Kitchen was reasonably well equipped but missing a toaster which would have been great for breakfast and quick snacks

If you can't live with the train noise, this is not your place. Hotel is next to active railway and double door didn't help. Room temperature was cool and took a whole day to make warmer. No single bottle of water.

Sadly the place was so cold! Air con didn't work nor did portable radiator so we were extremely cold all night.

Super location and absolutely everything we needed in this well thought out little space. Comfy bed. Nice bathroom. Lower marsh is so close to Waterloo and some brilliant places to eat and drink

It was really cold, the A/C system was only cooling the room. We had to use the space heater which was very helpful in the end. The locker system was constantly beeping which was really annoying. I would suggest changing those😁

Unfortunately the built in heating was not working and all that was provided was a small electrical heater which was not sufficient to heat the property so we had a very cold stay
