The front door was a little bit stiff, but a perfect property all round!

Wale was an excellent host and couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful. Very clean and extremely well looked after apartment. 3 large TVs all with soundbars. Excellent facilities and provided a good nights rest.

Beautiful apartment with excellent facilities. Huge TV in lounge and good size in each bedroom. Well turned out kitchen with all I needed. Unfortunately' there was no hot water in the block but the host messaged my as soon as I booked to explain and the price had been massively reduced. If there was a power shower it would gave been perfect.

Wasn’t clear in the description that it’s a shared flat with another guy. It was ok but would be nice to have known first.

we didn’t want to make any noise because of the neighbours we overlooked who I believe complain. area not the best but found everyone friendly the water went off 3 times during our stay. The host was really helpful in assisting us to get it back in but it was just inconvenient.

I am very sensitive to chemicals and there were many air fresheners around the apartment which I didn't like. I guess others would love this!

Location perfect for our needs. Comfortable apartment and Wale was very helpful. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony.

Very,quiet and lovely location. The flat was very comfortable with everything you need for a comfortable and pleasant stay along with a very friendly and genial host in Waleoi who couldn't do enough for you and was available at any time,day or night,for any problems you may have. I have already recommended stylish lodge villa to various friends and family.

Wasn't sure how to check in/get key from host. Maybe suggest when the guest gets to the location to give a call so you can meet them to show them in. A lock on the outside of the bedroom doors would be great too for that extra sense of security when you're out, due to it being shared.

The host was very pleasent. The room was lovely and clean, a very modern set up with big tvs in all the rooms connected to wifi, several streaming platforms available.

Great value for money. Host was very helpful and friendly and on hand to assist. Recommended a good cab firm and, after leaving my phone charger at the accommodation, the host mailed it to me, tracked delivery and wouldn't let me pay! Thank you so much! Would recommend for a budget stay! All the facilities available and clean! Stayed here for a gig in town. Just a couple of miles from venue. Ideal!

Unfortunately the communication was a bit complicated because the host didn’t answered to our calls and we waited more than 1h for the check-in. And the room can not be closed with a key so it’s more like a room in a flat with another guy.

The host organized extra for us an adaptor for charging our phones. Our room was cleaned and nice. The area is quiet and beautiful.

Comfort, good size room, massive TV, great fan keeping room cool during heatwave. Quiet. Good sized kitchen. Great lounge with nice balcony. Not far from great Whitworth Gallery. Residential area.

Had to get out of the shower a good 5/6 times to turn the water back on as it kept going off after a couple of minutes. The woman that had the other bedroom was absolutely awful had loud music pounding through the walls until early morning.

The host's unprofessional behaviour and booking.com's inability to deal with aggressive hosts who can't even fulfil the hosting promise are also issues.

The host's behaviour was not only unprofessional but also threatening. He shouted aggressively and used offensive language ( including F*** word), even in the presence of young children. When I inquired about my reservation, he asked us to leave and refused to refund our money later. This incident led to a three-hour-long ordeal with customer service, who, unfortunately, did not provide any assistance. As a result, I had to book another hotel urgently. Reported to booking.com and actively working with local police, Children safety and social care and Manchester Council to work out the background of the property. Partial blame goes to booking.com and its policies. After this ordeal, when I reviewed some previous guests' reviews, there seemed to be a pattern: Social discrimination will be in many forms; I sensed it on this booking. Please just avoid this place...

Wale was an exceptional host. Very polite and easy going. Very smooth check-in /check out. It was a very peaceful stay, with a secure car park. The apartment was very clean and well maintained, and everything was provided. Large TV and soundbar in every room. Also, a balcony with a table and chairs added bonus.

I was already on my ( 3-hour drive), way to Manchester, but decided to call the number provided to inform that im going to be late, only to be told that booking.com cancelled my stay. I had no email with notification reg cancellation. The gentleman told me to come over anyway, and he'll sort it out. He let me stay in one of his properties, and I cannot express my gratitude enough in how accommodating and genuine gentleman he was! I wish I had a chocolate or cash to tip him, as I was there late and had my exams in the morning. All I needed was a bed overnight, and he gave me an entire flat. Seriously, I'm beyond thankful and most appreciative. He is the type of guy who has a genuine human kindness, and I'll make sure to pay it forward. Flat was very clean, nicely decorated, I have not seen much as I caved in my bed and studied. It was too comfy as I passed out around 1am. Once again, the guy is embodiment of kindness and I'm very very thankful 🙏 xx

Absolutely nothing

I honestly don’t have a single issue to mention with this property. I stay in hotels and apartments 5 nights a week for work and I’d have to say this one has to be the best one yet. The property has everything you need and more. The beds are the comfiest I’ve stayed in. The facilities are 10/10 and the apartment is just lovely. If it wasn’t booked up I’d be staying here everyday. I booked last minute and the host changed his plans to accomdate me. Couldn’t have asked for a better host and apartment
