Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomWent to room that was allocated to us but when we went in it was occupied. Fortunately the guests weren’t in the room but all their belongings were. Mistakes like that should not happen. Parking situation needs to be addressed as once you’ve paid for parking you’re not guaranteed a space if you leave the car park and come back. This put us off leaving the area to explore as didn’t want to pay for a space that wasn’t guaranteed.
Breakfast was average. The room was comfortable. Location was excellent. Bar and breakfast area were beautiful.

United KingdomOur room (214) was a "cosy room" and perfectly adequate for our short stay, however road noise was quite disturbing first thing in the morning. A internal secondary glazing pane was missing which allowed the noise to come through and due to the location of this particular room over looking a main junction this definitely disturb my nights sleep. Shame really because otherwise I would have no complaint at all. So in conclusion I would stay again but not in that room.

Central location, classy updated decor, excellent facilities, friendly staff and very clean. Would book again. The main bars and dining areas are stunning. Lovely outdoor seating.

The staff were friendly ... location great ... food great! Negatives .. lack of parking and had to pay extra on top of the room bill .. £10 per day paid in advance. 2nd day couldn't get a parking spot so they refunded the money. The room was very dusty eg ..skirting boards, surfaces etc .. stains (tea/coffee??) down the side of headboard/bedside table .. other areas in the bathroom. However, overall a nice stay!

United StatesYou cannot do anything about the limited parking. Price of beers in the bar. I paid 6 pounds 20p for a pint in bar. I later went to Little Ale House and paid either 4 pounds or 4 pounds 40 a pint for better beer.
The location is superb. Very close to town centre for restaurants and pubs. Breakfast was very good, even though they had me down in a different room for my second night !!
