The pillows were too soft, better vegan meat alternative options at breakfast. The Sauna needs some attention as the bench's need replacing and the steam room needs a make over.

The food in the Cast Iron Bar and Grill was delicious, the room clean and spacious. The leisure facilities were an added bonus and the variety of choice at breakfast was good but more vegan options would have been appreciated.

The price is fair for what they offer. We liked the gym , but the gym was freezing. So the last day I didn't use it because I didn't have outdoor gym jacket. It was extremely cold.

The property was great, it was more about the service at breakfast, porridge took 45 mins to bring, bread ran out. These things shouldn’t happen in a well run hotel. To us it was a small blip and the overall experience was good.

The hotel was easy to find and very clean. I wasn’t aware that we had to pay for parking. The room was a fair size, comfortable and very welcoming. The reception staff were great and nothing was too much trouble.

The radiator in the room is old and noisy but it didn’t spoil the stay as everything else was great .

Everything was great with our stay. The lobby is bright and welcoming along with all the staff. A few nice touches as : water, pies & sweets upon arrival . The stuff would do anything to help when you need something. The pool was great and we loved the facility. Good food in the restaurant and again the stuff was lovely . Marriott’s stamp as a brand - great customer service.

if I have to find 1 thing, it would be in the womens changing rooms, the door to the pool needs to be labelled and the door coming out of the changing room labelled exit. It a very confusing changing room when you are new.

There is a small pool onsite, which is fine for floating around for us but don't expect to be bashing out lengths!

Comfortable hotel, close to the Old Town area we needed, plenty of parking. Functional clean modern rooms and nice bar area.

As mentioned, the heating system in the room was noisy.

This hotel is well located for access to / from the M4. We were very pleased with the double double bed room for our family stay, the beds were comfortable. Temperature in the room was cold on arrival but soon warmed up once we got the AC heating going, however this was very noisy so we could not leave it running all night. Good facilities in the hotel - we enjoyed a swim and sauna in the fitness club. Restaurant was good for both dinner and buffet breakfast.

Bit of an unusual security presence outside, I couldn't quite tell what was going on and not sure if this is standard, the restaurant got my order wrong but I was given a highly discounted bill to make up for it.

Fantastic room, really lovely interior of the hotel, nice vibe in the restaurant, bed was comfortable, very similar to hotels in the US. Awkward location if you're not driving but if you are it's a great location.
