2017 built quite new and comfortable and complete….just be aware that it is 20M2…but for couple of days it is perfect…

It wasn't exactly how it was shown in the pictures, I did expect it to be a bit more spacious.

Very close to the town, comfy bed, good facilities overall. Nice gentlemen who showed us the property. Also free parking almost on the property was brilliant.

No microwave. I've now checked that it wasn't in the list of appliances, so it's my fault that I didn't check, but this is something everybody takes for granted. There is an oven, a big fridge, etc., all fantastic, but a microwave makes your life much much easier when you're staying for a few days. The place is quite noisy (ground floor next to a busy road), and there's light coming in early in the morning. Not a big issue for me, but it may be for some other guests. The toilet lid cannot stand in an upright position, so men have to use one hand to hold the lid while peeing. Easily fixable I guess. Bed linen a bit short for my liking. The shower worked perfectly.

The host helped me a lot, even if my arrival time was changed (after midnight). There was some food, tea, coffee, soap, shampoo, etc. Clean and everything worked fine.

The location is a bit off from the central part of Cambridge (it is about 10-15 mins away) - still a pleasant walk through the neighborhood to reach the city centre. The blinds did not completely block the light, but there was a night mask that was provided. The road outside was occasionally somewhat busy and noisy.

The room opened directly onto the road, which meant no need to go through corridors etc. The room itself was quite modern, which all the faculties one expects. The lighting set up was also very pleasant, with many options. The property was also very clean. The property also provided very convenient bed slippers. The bed was very comfortable. The host Seb was great!

Nothing major just the bed was too small and being only able to get on and off one side woke us up and the parking should be more secure.

Nothing not to like, it took me a while to get used to road noise at night but not really a deal breaker for me as everything else was so perfect!

Nice easy walk to city. Very well equipped and spotlessly clean. Parking hugely convenient and such a bonus.

The studio is on quite a busy main road so road noise is quite high, especially if you open the window, so may be a problem for some.

Fantastic location - steps from the river, close to city centre, providing easy access to the whole of Cambridge (I walked over 60 miles during my stay!) Free parking is fantastic. Able to park in a secure location, mere steps away from the accommodation. Excellent standard of accommodations, clean, modern. Bathroom lovely, toiletries really nice. Really appreciated all the personal touches - provision of tea, coffee, milk, butter, cooking oil, bread, pasta etc. Seb who met me with the keys was charming and helpful.

The shower was damaged and had to be held by hand. The external lights were on 24/7 causing unnecessary light pollution which with inadequate black out blinds/curtains meant the room was not dark enough for good sleep.

Location, cleanliness and equipping

The apartment, despite being well fitted out, was not well sound insulated, which meant that other occupants in the building could be clearly heard through the door.

The transfer of keys for access to the apartment was easy and without hassle. The flexibility in the timing was very welcomed, and made our transition easier. We were informed prior to our stay that our originally booked apartment was not available due to an issue, and were offered a larger studio for the duration. This was a nice upgrade allowing greater flexibility, despite the location being further away.

When the busses are going past the house, the bed starts shaking a little. Also, when the apartment downstairs is used there are a lot of loud noises.

We arrived pretty late and we were starving. The host let some bits of food (like butter, jam, pasta, sauce) alongside plenty of coffee and tea which were life saving. The room was clean, very nicely furnished and all the facilities worked perfectly. Highly recommended accommodation!
