Lovely helpful staff, fantastic breakfast even for special dietary needs. A simple and clean and quiet room, suitable for a short stay. Easy parking. Great to find somewhere that isn't a concrete tower block!

There was a buzz from the electricity in the bathroom.

The breakfast was good: it included cereals, fruit, yoghurt, and a cooked English breakfast, which had a vegetarian option for us. The staff was nice and helpful.

The parking was a bit off an issue, you can get blocked in but the staff were really helpful to get cars moved. Shame they do not do evenings meals but that is a very small issue.

The breakfast was excellent and the staff were very helpful. The room was comfortable and very clean.

I'm trying my best to think of something but I honestly can't, I have worked in hotels all my whole working life and if the customer service is on point, room's clean and breakfast well cooked, what can you complain about?

The staff were super friendly and chatty, the beds were very comfortable, we had a beautiful view out the front of the well maintained garden and church from our room, which was lovely and spacious. Breakfast was full English and the poached eggs were on point. If your staying in shipley or want to be near saltair this is the place to be, very convenient.

Limited on-site parking. There is, however, free on street overnight parking available after 4pm. Logging luggage to the level 4 rooms is a bit tough with no on-site elevator. Bathroom door wouldn't open fully due to location of bed.

Room was lovely and clean. Great bathroom. The staff were very helpful with suggestions of what to see in the area and local restaurants. Good breakfast. Dining room staff were very pleasant and efficient. Easy walk to local supermarket and plenty of restaurants and cafes close by.

Leaving the parking space in the morning was akward as I was blocked in by another guest, but cannot be helped due to the shape/layout of the building.

No complaints. I would just suggest to add to the breakfast options a non-dairy milk alternative, however this was not an issue at all.

Our room was spacious and very clean. All the staff we met were extremely friendly and helpful. As there was no fridge in the room, they happily kept our baby formula in the kitchen fridge for us. The breakfast was nice, with fresh, local produce. Parking was an unusual set up but not a problem. It was an easy walk to some restaurants, take-away places and a big supermarket. We would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic hotel. The service was exceptional with friendly, helpful staff who even offered advice on where we could eat out. The room was great, with good facilities and the hotel had free parking. The next morning breakfast was great. Good quality food well served by attentive staff.

The breakfast wasn't very inspiring - but I'm a bit of a foodie! Very traditional hotel type breakfast I guess. I was offered plant milk which was nice.

The staff were really friendly and helpful and the room was very clean and comfortable. Lovely beds and crisp, clean bed linen! A short-ish (15 min) walk to the station or to Salts Mill. Reasonably priced for a room and breakfast included.

Parking is a slight issue but I was able to park on the road and then move to the hotel's parking in the morning before two hour bay expired. I was late arriving so understandable that car park was full.

The hotel was well maintained and staff were friendly. Nice sized room with comfortable bed, stable WiFi and good shower. Plenty of choice for breakfast which was well cooked. Ideal stay for business trip to Bradford.
