The double bed seemed rather small. Especially given the size of the room. Would of also liked meat sausages as well as veggie on the breakfast

Decent rooms but way too hot and no way of getting them cooler . We struggled to sleep we were so hot

Fairly convenient for our concert at the AO Arena, definitely walkable. Nice reception & bar , lounge area. Staff were friendly.

When arriving we were not informed before we booked of its halal hospitality, although this would not put me off rebooking here, I feel that this should be informed on your advertisments of hotel description.

Room was quite hot and stuffy-would definitely have benefited with air conditioning. A small fan was provided but was noisy and rattled. Car park fee of £14.50 a night was excessive particularly considering the cost of the hotel for two nights. No doubt parking in the area is at a premium but a nominal fee of £5 a night for guests would make the overall cost more palatable.

Unfortunately the room we were in was way too warm. Apparently it's because the boilers are on the 1st and 2nd floor. Although the bed were very comfortable neither of us had a very good night's sleep

Carpet in room not well fitted with various stains, needs some updating, sofa looked like it had been attacked by a cat. 2 night stay but no room clean or tea / coffee refills.

Location is on a busy dual carriageway. So lots of traffic noise well into the early hours. There is a bar but only serves 0% beers etc. Breakfast is good with great staff. But doesn't serve bacon or pork sausages, only smoked turkey bacon and veggie sausages, all the other cooked breakfast items where available,which was fine...Lots of danish pastries, fruit,coffee,tea orange juice and cereals too. However a meaty sausage would have been welcome. All in all a nice place to stay.

Small amount of road noise, foot traffic, sirens etc but with the windows closed it wasn't very loud and something you'd expect to come with the great location. The bed was two single beds pushed together and found myself falling down the crack between the beds at times.

The room was very clean and comfortable, plenty warm enough at night. The staff were very friendly and helpful, was nice to know there was 24/7 reception if I needed anything. Location was convenient, I'd definitely stay again. There was no door to the bathroom which was neither here nor there since I was staying by myself but perhaps something to consider if you were staying with family or friends. Lots of cafes and restaurants nearby, Sainsbury's and Tesco also very close.

Stains on the carpet and melted chocolate on the seat. Main issue was the whole hotel was insanely Hot. Like, crazy hot. The windows only opened a very small amount and there was a very small fan for a very big room which didn’t work unfortunately :(

Room had a mezzanine level for the bedroom, spiral staircase was pretty tight. There was space that could have had normal stairs which would have been better. Going down them in the dark not ideal.

Hotel was a great location. Few mins walk from theatre and restaurants. Check in was quick. Breakfast wasn't too bad, reasonable choice, only thing that was a bit annoying was no pork products, which I guess is due to religious reasons, but Turkey bacon and veggie sausages available, just not to everyones taste. We only had the one night and didn't really use any facilities.
