Comfortable bed and a reasonable size room. Breakfast was enjoyable. Just a short walk to restaurants. Car parking around property.

I had the cooked breakfast which was lovely. But my husband was attending a course so could not have the cooked breakfast as it didn’t start until 9am, so the B&B provided a continental style breakfast for him instead. It was just under a 2mile easy walk to the centre of Bristol. But there were plenty of buses nearby if you didn’t wish to walk. We ate in the Steakhouse restaurant on the second night and would thoroughly recommend it, the steak was beautifully cooked.

Bed had wooden frame at the bottom, so was little uncomfortable for my tall husband's feet. Biscuits provided with tea and coffee would have been nice added touch

Directions re transportation. We did not have a car and when we asked for directions re bus we were told it was difficult to get to the bus stop so it would be better to take a taxi. Which we did the first time we went into the City Centre. We did some research and ended up taking the bus back and found out that the bus stop into City Centre is actually liturally - leave the B&B - take a right turn - walk straight up the street to the Aldi - turn left and the bus stop is right there. We could have saved the cost of the Uber on the first day. However, once we found out that the bus stop was so close and easy to get to, we were good to go! The buses seemed to run quite regularly.

The accommodations were quite comfortable and had everything one would need. Check in was easy. The breakfast was quite nice. Ingredients were fresh and the staff/service was great! The B&B is in a nice little neighbourhood with an Aldi Supermarket just up the street to what appeared to be the main street of that area. There we found loads of little neighbourhood stores including a pharmacy. Re Transportation - the only reason we give 4 stars regarding location is because it is not within walking distance to Bristol City Centre. However, if you have a car or don’t mind catching the bus, this is a great little hidden gem. Also, although we didn’t get to eat there, there is a Steak House Restaurant on site which according to the reviews that I’ve read, is quite good!

Unfortunately we came for a concert but it was the day before the bristol marathon so was a very expensive stay for just one night. I’d recommend for a short stay as beds aren’t the comfiest.

The breakfast was superb, staff were friendly. Easy walk from temple meads station and into centre. Clean room.

Location is only average and room was very small, though the bathroom facilities were modern.

The lower level Restaurant was outstanding for our evening meal. Deserves every accolade!

The location was dominated by a high rise tower of flats which was intimidating. . The full English breakfast tasted like it had been pre-prepared leaving a bit to be desired.

Breakfast didn't start until 9 which was a bummer, but it's fine if you plan for it! No shampoo or soap in the showers so it would have been good to know to bring my own.

Lovely location with everything you could possibly need. Staff were kind and considerate. It was quiet at night despite being above a pub.

I missed out on the breakfast as they weren't serving until 9am and I needed to travel back to basingstoke.But I would definitely stay there again if the price was right as I travel down to watch bristol city fc

The room was very small and there was nowhere to put anything in the bathroom. The breakfast was okay but only available from 9 til 10. We had to leave at 8.15 the 2nd day and were promised fruit and yogurt would be left in our room. Nothing was left. It is situated a long way from the centre.
