The only issue, if one is sensitive to noise, is that when it rains heavily in the night the rain sounds very loud as the bedroom is upstairs right under the roof. But this can easily be solved with earplugs when it happens.

The house is wonderful - very spacious, full of light, modern but cosy and very clean. Not right in the historical centre but at walking distance, and 5 minutes from a wonderful walk by the river Cam, in a quiet street. Instructions on how to access the house and recommendations about everything we needed were extremely clear and helpful. Communication with the host was great.

The property has everything one needs for short and long stay. It’s walking distance from the center. Neighborhood is quiet. Kitchen is fully equipped. It’s very comfortable place.

Great apartment, exactly like the photos. Amazing to have parking for Cambridge. Just a 15min walk across the park to the city centre. A co-op and a few pubs round the corner. Nicky was a great help and was happy for us to park on drive before check in. Would recommend to friends

Spacious property with double height ceiling in the living room, plenty of light, comfy sofas, very private. Driveway at the front of the property so car parking wasn’t a problem. Loved the location, within a short walk to the university colleges and shopping. Highly recommended.

Clean, well equipped, well presented, easy check in and out, nice shower with good water pressure, comfortable bed and sofas. The place has a nice feel to it, everything you need is provided. It was so easy to settle into, we felt relaxed and very comfy there.

It would have been nicer if we’d had enough toilet rolls for a long stay.

The house was very comfortable, with a nice kitchen and a bathroom. It was also great to have a washing machine, which allowed us to do the laundry every day.

Fantastic property! Spacious, clean, well furnished and located in central cambridge. The Host was friendly and responded timely to my questions. This will be my first choice when I return to visit Cambridge.

The only small thing I can say that in couple places the walls need a fresh coat of paint but that didn't take away from the place.

The apartment was in a very modern nice style. Looked just like on the pictures. It's just the style we like. Big living room, great for dining and a evening dinner. Kitchen had everything. Big and very clean bathroom. The bedroom on the attic is a great touch. It was also spacious and very modern in style. Location is perfect. Close to a very lovely park and 10 minutes walk to city centre. Shop's, Pubs and restaurant near by. Also very close buy was Cambridge Punting. Overall all great location.

I regularly do short-term stays in apartments and this one is one of the best, easy instructions for access, excellent info notes regarding property, appliances and local amenities - would definitely book again.

Bathroom was down stairs but not a major issue.

Key collection was simplicity itself. Code was provided well before hand. Accommodation location was a 20 minutes walk from the city centre.

Although we were close to Cambridge I thought the immediate area was a little run down.

Clean, fresh, lovely decor this is a great little place to stay with parking. Lots of natural light coming in from all the skylights.
