We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

United KingdomBeing wakened at 6:39! The noise however if it wasn’t so hot and we had closed windows possibly wouldn’t have been such an issue.
The location was fantastic for the concert at the castle however being in the square and a very hot day, so windows open, was noisy. That said I’d stay again. There was plenty of tea and coffee sachets and both sparkly and mineral water. Also shampoos, conditioners, soap hairdryer in the room. Nice clean towels and bedding, comfortable beds.

United KingdomThe only thing was the step out of the shower, which was quite steep. and you just had to be careful when getting out but apart from that everything was fine.
The breakfast was excellent, and everything was spot on, cooked to perfection. The host was very friendly and made us feel at ease. The bar was lively and was just great for a friday and saturday night.

As travelling alone with my dog for a show Main Street was busy and I was initially hesitant I’d chose the right place. It was perfect / so friendly the room was clean comfortable with tea coffe water and tv with en-suite bathroom. At night it’s a little noisy in the street - but that didn’t bother me I was so tired I fell asleep . Breakfast was made fresh and you helped yourself to tea coffee toast cereal. - definitely come back

Location was great , the room was at the top of hotel no good if older , breakfast was separate from room price so a bit disappointed with that it was advertised as b&b so breakfast should have been included saying that though it was worth £8 per person & very tasty. I would stay again.
