* We would've liked a couple of larger towels or bath mats out of the shower as we had to use towels to not get the floor wet - but this is a very minor gripe * Another sofa or two would've been nice in the bar or where the pool table, again a minor thing ... (we climbed Snowdon so the team on Saturday night wanted to chill with a drink together in the bar area but the stools weren't the best for lounging on).

* The location - a 2 minute stroll to the beach, shops and pubs * The house - perfect for a team or group of friends. All separate rooms with mostly ensuite allowing for privacy and down time if needed. * The facilities - pool table room, cinema room, hot tub, ensuite rooms, dining room, the bar area.... the glass cleaner on the sink (genius), the log burner! * The host - communication was high via Whatsapp and Stephen was excellent he recommended a place for us to eat - Osbournes which was also fabulous! All in all a really great stay.

Steve and Helen were brilliant hosts. nothing was too much trouble. both very pleasant always had time to chat,and even rang an eaterie for us when we were struggling to get in anywhere. Breakfasts were lovely and hot which we loved. . Bonus it had a bar.

As a women the only thing I would say is I would have liked a long mirror in the room so I could do my makeup as there wasn't room for a chair in the room and the mirror was rather high. That's literally it tho

Extremely comfortable stay. I liked a lot about this place: - The hosts were warm and welcoming - The room was immaculately clean, well-equipped, quiet and comfortable - The bed was so comfortable that I immediately fell into an 11 hour long deep and uninterrupted sleep - The adjoining bathroom was immaculately clean and the shower powerful - The location was perfectly located and central - The breakfast was plentiful, good quality and well-cooked - The price was very very reasonable in this otherwise pricey seaside resort

The only thing literally one which probably can't be helped, was the bathroom had a strange odour, so we needed to keep the door shut at all times. Our trip was during the heatwave & as it might be a more common occurance than it used to be, a fan in the room would be a welcome addition.

Everything! The hosts were a lovely genuine couple who made us feel so welcome straight away. The exterior of the Cadnant is pretty & inviting & everything about the property is well maintained. Our twin room was so lovely, beautifully decorated & the colour scheme perfect with lots of matching touches. Breakfast was delicious, quality ingredients, toast was hot, which is a rare find in hotels now. The background music was very pleasant as was the breakfast room decor.
