There's is nothing in particular we didn't like as we enjoyed everything about our stay at hotel chester.

We liked that the car park was near the hotel chester. We also enjoyed walking around to find somewhere nice to eat out. We enjoyed seeing all different scenery.

Damp carpet by entrance to walk in shower, drain/sewer smell in room from open walk in shower area. Drains were giving off a bad smell from the shower room.

Even with the windows closed and latched, it did seem like noticeable outside noise came through at night (this may have only been an issue as we were staying on a weekend when the surrounding area seemed to be particularly busy)

Just a couple of niggles. Bathroom a bit small Fridge was full of items that you could buy from hotel with little room left to place your own items but when mentioned to staff on leaving it was said that they would have removed the items if they had known we needed more space but we did not know this at the time. The noise from early deliveries, but this is not the hotels fault

Everything was great! Great location, great facilities and exceptional staff. Extremly clean apartment, very comfortable bed with good quality linen. Decorated and furnished to perfection Lots of tea/coffee supplies made available with fresh milk! with a big tub of sweets to munch on..... We were there for 2 nights and the parking was £20 which we thought was very good

One small issue was our room was facing the road in which deliveries for the local shopping centre drove early in the mornings but was a problem as we were up early anyway.

It was across the road from a noisy club so the Fri and Sat were noisy until around midnight. The hotel is actually an Aparthotel, which we did not realise. So no bar or restaurant but a small kitchen in the room.

Lovely & pristinely clean room. Delightful hallway and staff were wonderful and extremely helpful. The bed was extremely comfy and the shower terrific.

It was too hot throughout the hotel despite the radiators being switched off. Nowhere to put toothbrushes, bags, bottles in the bathroom and especially in the shower and on the bath - nowhere to put the soap/gel. Our shower room was awash with a leaking showerhead. The manager worked incredibly hard to fix it and eventually did. Bad design of the water drainage meant the floor was awash right up to the toilet. Finding somewhere to keep a dry bath mat was impossible. Not at all sure about the room perfume on the stairs but luckily the actual rooms had no perfume.

Quirky, beautifully decorated. Excellent position. Enthusiastic friendly, helpful staff. Imaginative spaces. Independence when needed. Loved the bed. Big, comfortable and superb bed linen. Fresh milk was a genius thought!

Nothing, we thought it was excellent.

The location was perfect and the room was super comfortable. It doesn’t feel like the standard city hotels, the rooms are much more individual and well thought out. We liked the fact that there was no breakfast, that way we could find somewhere local in the city centre.
