I'm being picky and these things may not bother others. I found the bed really comfy but my partner who is closer to 6 ft struggled as the bed was small so his feet hung off and pillows were too soft. The water temperature was very temperamental but once you had it right it was a lovely shower. Id have liked a full length mirror but again this is preference. None of these things would stop me staying here again. There was no fridge in the room, this was the only annoying bit, there is a communal one but I wouldn't trust leaving my stuff in there, especially when I had medication that required to be kept in a fridge.

The rooms were lovely, the assistant manager who checked us in was very helpful, friendly and welcoming. Easy location,half hour walk from the O2 with bus stops 1 minute away from the hotel. I was pleasantly surprised! I forgot the rooms were above a pub so I had this dreaded feeling it was going to be noisy and restless sleep however i did not hear a thing and when we headed back to the room around 11 the pub was almost empty and ready to close for the night.

Some UHT milk sachets would have been nice to save us leaving the room to get milk from the communal fridge.

The room was really big and spacious. Lovely comfy bed and separate shower room. It’s in a great location for visiting the O2 with a bus stop right outside to get you there and back. Nice pub with friendly staff.

The only negative is that they were hosting an event that started at 11pm and our room was directly above this. I think it might have been courteous to have mentioned that this event was on. Thank goodness for noise cancelling earphones!

Lovely big, comfortable room. Great location for Greenwich and the 02. Comfortable bed, good price. We choose the property for the proximity to the O2 bus stops are right outside and we were able to walk home from the venue.

Happy with location - unable to secure luggage until opening time or staff available at 11AM but we were aware of this when booking.

Breakfast not available but it did not matter as we were picked up at 5AM by pre arranged transport.

location was good for visiting the O2 arena. Half an hour walk/10 minute taxi. Friendly staff, cosy pub, lovely garden for a couple of afternoon drinks. Nice view of the church from our window.

I could imagine the road noise being an issue for light sleepers especially if you want the window open but didnt cause us much issue.

Great little place to stay within 30 minute walk to the o2 Arena. Neatly situated above a lovely little pub with a nice friendly vibe. The rooms are small but cosy and clean with everything you need for a few nights. Tea, Coffee, chilled water and fresh milk available.

Stairs up to second floor rooms are steep and winding so if you struggle ring the hotel in advance to ask about first floor room 😊

They said someone would be there to take our bags at 2 o'clock but nobody was there. One huge duvet, I was with a friend so we wanted seperate ones. Only one towel per person, no hand towel. Window curtain wouldn't pull up.The stairs are quite steep and narrow to get up to the room.

A small repair is needed to the shower in my room but it didn’t bother me enough to ask for an immediate fix. I messaged the property.

Location was perfect for my purpose. The room was spotlessly clean and warm. Bed comfortable. With the windows onto the street there was no noise from the pub and the street noise was acceptably low. Polite and friendly staff. Nespresso machine.

The only thing we'd probably of preferred, would've been a fridge in the room itself. But there really wasn't anything we didn't like.

We were in room 1 right next door to the entry door and there really wasn't much noise from people coming and going. Loved the decor, quirky little room layout. Close to where we need to go and the staff was super friendly. For us as a couple for one night, plenty of space.

Bit of noise from pub downstairs, but my window backed onto the beer garden and there was sport on. It didn’t bother me at all.

Amazing location with lots of nice food options on the doorstep. Room was adorable with thoughtful touches, super comfortable and just felt so cosy.

One thing I would say was the size of our bed. We are probably spoiled with having a kingsize bed, but for us this was just too cosy.

Perfectly located for our visit to the O2! And once we figured the tube out, got everywhere within a bus and a tube! Lovely little fridge in the hall with water and milk!
