we were made so warmly welcome by both Lisa and Mark. They went above and beyond to help facilitate us and make us as comfortable as possible. Our room was lovely and so homely. Everything we needed.. Highly recommend and we hope to visit again..

The room was very small, especially the bathroom. It was very pokey and a bit uncomfortable to use. I found it a bit unusual to have to pay extra to upgrade to a room with a private bathroom but I don’t stay in B&Bs very often so maybe that’s standard practice.

The service was great, very friendly owners. They were polite, chatty and very accommodating. The room was nicely decorated and clean.

The owners were two of the most down to earth people we’ve met. Really friendly and even took our bags upstairs because of my bad back. Room was small but had everything we needed. Breakfast was lovely and good value for money. Good location.

Very friendly welcome, showing us to the nearest car park as we arrived. Lovely lady checked us in, in the very clean, warm, bar area. She explained everything we needed to know showed us where our room was, which was also clean, bright & had everything we needed for our stay. We'll definitely be back - Thankyou!

Mark and lisa really friendly couldnt do enough for you room really comfortable everything clean perfect location right near coral island and all other attractions added bonus bolton fans aswell highly recommended me and mrs was well impressed will definitely be staying again

Only complaint I have was the bed was little small for my liking , kept feeling if I rolled over would fall out lol . Also the pillows were really too hard. Had trouble sleeping as too hard . .Maybe turn bed back other way so have a little more room to move about, Apart from that everything was spot on.

Our room had a detached toilet and shower (though it was only for use by our room), so we had to leave our room to go to it. Not a massive issue really, and would definitely not put me off returning

It looked and smelled very clean, the room was a great size and really tastefully decorated (which seems unusual for Blackpool). The staff were very polite and friendly.

the location is great,,close enough to all the main attractions but far enough away that you can get a good nights sleep. From the moment we arrived we felt welcomed by mark and lisa, nothing was too much trouble. As the hotel was quiet we were given a choice of rooms at no extra cost which was very kind, breakfast was very good and extremely good value for money, very fresh and well cooked. defo no complaints there! parking is very limited as with all properties we could see in Blackpool, we were lucky enough to be able to park at the hotel, but don’t let this put you off if there is no space as literally opposite there is a walled car park which is also very well priced. once in Blackpool we didn’t even use the car as we used the trams. when we return to Blackpool we we be staying here again!
