The hostel was quite noisy, and it would be beneficial to enforce stricter check-in policies, as a guest arriving at 3 am and repeatedly going in and out was quite disruptive

Good location, wonderful vibe, everyone, Inc other tourists were friendly, a safe relaxing place, felt quite at home. Amazing, surprising it also has pub, restaurant, a yard, dj club venue. Well worth the money and I'll soon be booking to stay again soon, in the new year.

Mattresses were uncomfortable & old. Could feel the springs sticking into you. Unreasonable to ask guests to bring linen down stairs in AM check out.For a cheaper hostel ,ok, but not when you're paying £20-25. But not a deal breaker for me! Still a very good hostel and well run. I would imagine on weekends it's very hard to sleep due to the bar noise downstairs. Would be fine if it stops before midnight.

Wifi was very weak in the rooms and I often found it disconnected. Mattresses were sagging and should be replaced by better and harder ones. No free towel. Pub, club and restaurant downstairs, so it's extremely noisy on the weekends. Go grab some free earplugs at the reception. However, it might still annoy you.

The place is very social so I immediately met nice people to explore Bristol and Bath with. Living room has Netflix. The hostel is also very central; almost everything in Bristol is walkable from here. The bus terminal is right across the street. Apart from the club, restaurant and pub downstairs, there are a bunch of options up the road to go out, have food or drinks. The kitchen is very well equipped so you can prepare your own meals here. Cleanliness was alright.

There was some noise on Saturday night from the bar, but they warn you about this and offer you earplugs, and actually I was tired and didn't really hear much anyway.

Compared to other hostels at similar prices like Selina (Birmingham), I feel that the beds could have been more comfortable and individual curtains/private spaces would have a great addition.

The bar staff were awesome and also the workers . I joined them for a beer in the bar because some of them were not working at the moment and they made me feel home, the ginger girl and the Italian one were fantastic. We also played pool and I enjoyed a lot.

After falling asleep, because the there is an open-air bar, there may be activities and music until 2 a.m., which will have some impact on sleep. Other than that everything is perfect.

This is my first attempt to live in a hostel. The front desk staff was very helpful in introducing me to the inner functions and facilities. When you stay here, you can get a comfortable bed and the staff will provide you with a change of sheets. The cleanliness of the interior of the room is very good, you can even compare with some luxury Hotels.

I can't say too much about it because I literally just slept the entire time I was there lol.

I wasn't here long, but I slept soundly in my bed, the bar wast too loud, but I can sleep through just about anything so I might not be the best reference on that point. I was going to go to the trivia night, but slept through it after a long day of traveling. The staff was super friendly and helpful and helped me to figure out the bus system to get back to the airport. The location was also great for me because it was like a 5 minute walk from the bus stop that I got off of from the airport shuttle into Bristol center when leaving the airport. The same bus line runs like all night long, so it was a stress free trip back to the airport at 3:30am.

There no place to store your phone near the bunk

Booked the hostel to attend a concert in Trinity Centre. Is not that close to the train station but is walkable (close to the coach station tho) Shared kitchen and lounge were great.

Friendly Atmosphere, a convenient location (very short walk from the coach station and then opposite side was a shopping centre) and considering the prime location and the quality of amenities, the pricing was reasonable, making it a budget-friendly option for concert-goers and travellers alike.

- The light at my bunk did not work. I used my phone torch instead so was not a big problem. - Would be nice to have a privacy curtain at the bunks but I used a towel instead. - Having to make your own bed was a little surprising but it didn't take long to be fair. Also some of the duvets were really worn out but I switched mine with one from an empty bunk and it was nice and thick.

After staying in some dreadful hostels in Barcelona, this was a breath of fresh air... gorgeous thick cut wood bunks, so they are steady and not noisy. It was not busy when I was there so it maybe biased but it seemed very quiet on a Tuesday night, I slept very well. The bathroom was right next to the dorm. The toilet and sink area was clean. The character of the building and the artwork is gorgeous and unique. Very Bristol, very cool. The bunks have a double plug socket next to your head which is ideal for phone charging and lighting.

Amazing staff, courteous and extremely helpful. wall art sensational, some incredibly talented folks! Arrived earlier than check in time, but was immediately greeted warmly & offered a paddington bear type eco friendly label to pop on my luggage which was put in safe storage, enabling me to explore the sights without shoulder ache. The atmosphere was so comfortable & relaxed. Free tea & coffee provision in kitchen. When I went in search of a beverage the supply had run out, but was instantly replaced by staff. Only stayed one night, but fully recommend to everyone. Thanks

About the only thing I can think of is that the place was a little noisy late in the evening. I expected that but was nevertheless a little disappointed because Full Moon seems to make a big effort to point out their quiet hours (at least on paper but perhaps not quite in reality). Anyway, I did sleep well, so I can't really complain about the noise. Otherwise, I would just say the other obvious negative is that the place is overpriced (but unfortunately just about everywhere in the UK is). £52/£62 for a twin room with a shared bathroom is way too much!

We stayed in a twin room and it was quite a bit nicer than we expected. For example, when we entered the room, we noticed how warm it was, so I think the staff probably went out of their way to make sure we wouldn't be cold upon arrival, which was nice. Two more bonuses: we were given towels and the TV had Netflix. Also, because we were staying on a Thursday night we expected the place to be a lot noisier than it was (music until 2am), but maybe we were lucky since the place wasn't really crowded (it's winter, after all). The beds were super comfy and the room was well decorated. The vibe of the entire place is very cool, actually, so I think we would stay there again for sure if we are ever back in Bristol.
