Large room, comfortable bed, spotlessly clean. Lovely bathroom with goodies to use. Loved the seating area and desk. The whole hotel was spotlessly clean. We loved the breakfast and Mia the robot was awesome! The receptionist was fabulous in helping us with transport information that was delivered to our room, went above and beyond.

there was a guy directly outside the hotel in a dressing gown smoking cannabis he was another guest at the hotel this was really off putting as it really smelled of it when he entered the hotel but not the hotels fault i guess!

The *only* thing we felt could have been improved was the breakfast. We had a room service breakfast and it just wasn't the best fry up in the land, but good.

This is a stunning, modern hotel. Staff were very friendly, the atmosphere was very cool and comfortable. The bed was incredibly comfortable. Would 10/10 stay again.

Price of food and cocktails was very expensive, definitely not value for money. Cocktails menu could do with pictures of what to expect as a couple of us were rather disappointed. The lower floor restaurant couldn't provide a menu for us to look at, we were told to look online which seemed odd.

Location was perfect for Westfield shopping centre and Abba Voyage visit. Hotel decor very nice, comfortable beds, clean rooms and fantastic shower. Helpful Reception staff. Nice rooftop restaurant.

- Rugs in the suite with red splotches look like a murder scene in photos 😆

- The reception area and coffee shop downstairs are beautiful and welcoming - The location right next to Westfield is superb - Rooms are quality with very comfy beds - The bath in the suite is huge and views are great - Great cocktails in the Union bar - Friendly staff - Suite was great for a group of 3 adults, would be good for 2 adults, 2 kids too as decent-sized sofabed

The breakfast lacked some basics. The fruit was not replenished swifty.. . . No natural yogurt available only cream for use with fruit. Tables were very small for plates and not cleared by staff on duty. Saying that, the eggs cooked to order were perfect.

Great location close to rail networks. The Olympic Park and Westfield were very good.The food on the first floor restaurant was very nice and our host from Milan was amazing. The room was very comfortable and the bed was top notch. Excellent lifts. Staff were very friendly throughout in particular the cleaners.

Poor information in the room about facilities meant bathroom undersink light was on all night and with glass panels in bathroom wall, some light "bled" into the bedroom.

The hotel was perfect location for us as it was easy accessible to the Hackney marshes for our half marathon.

Our only critique is that for guests like us who do not consume pork products, there were no alternatives such as beef, chicken, or turkey sausage/salami—only vegan sausage was available. Adding these options to the menu would be greatly appreciated and shouldn't be too difficult.

The hotel's location was superb. The rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated, and they had everything we needed. Daily housekeeping was impeccable. The staff at the reception and breakfast area were very helpful and always had a smile on their faces. We were extremely satisfied with everything.

The room felt on the small side, mainly because it was divided into 2 areas, but to be fair we did not spend much time there.

Breakfast was exceptionally good, especially the cooked to order omlettes, the fresh juice and the coffee. We were seated immediately (0915) , but by 1000 there was a line forming and people were waiting a short time. Loved the fact that there was inexpensive parking 100m away at Stratford international car park (£8 for 24h) and the DLR station across the road.

Cleaners does not dusting properly, but if you complained, then they come again & again to clean

I like the ambience of this hotel . All hotel staff are so good behavioural & helpful. Breakfast is excellent, In Restaurant MS Edita is sooooo welcoming, Her smile made my Morning. And the food specially the cheese Omelette made By chef Cristina , um sure no one could make like her in this world. She's unique..

Long wait to check in, but staff did apologise for the delay. Cleaning standards were good but shower could do with a bit more attention. As usual there was not enough milk etc. in the food. Got stuck in the lift and alarm button help was useless! If you don’t like lifts stay in a room on a lower floor and use the stairs!

Staff were excellent, lovely hotel, great location, good breakfast although there was a wait for tables, overall a good stay and I would stay again.

The only thing to mention, I would have liked a firmer pillow as both provided were too soft!

Location was great so near to shops! A short taxi ride to the Abba Arena, the main reason for our stay! Spacious room with tea/coffee making facilities and all very clean. Breakfast was excellent, all you could wish for in choice. Staff very friendly! All in all an excellent stay!
