Nothing at the property, although parking was a bit difficult as the road was busy but there is an NCP across the road.

In a word… Pat! He made everything so easy and straightforward, even down to us putting our order in for breakfast which worked for us. Room was spotless, breakfast was delicious, lovely seating area outside, also we loved the fact that the front was a 2 min walk.

From start to finish Pat and his staff were amazing. He helped with bags, he talked us through the checking in process, gave us all the information we needed for our stay. The premises were clean tidy and well decorated. The beds were sooooo comfy! Hands down the nicest place we have stayed in Blackpool and we will sure be returning. Thank you Pat for everything absolute 10/10!

It was a shame we had to go home

The location is perfectly placed just off the strip, with only a short walk to all the attractions and venues. The Glenroy Guest house was an amazing looking building in and outdoors, the owner pat is a great host who was very welcoming and was very helpful. Especially with my partners 100 and 1 questions, the room was very good size and had great on suet facilties with plenty of room from the junk we accumulated. Overall just a great place.

Every think was great not an issue, The breakfast was absolutely great .

The Host was very help full , Greeting all the Guests as they arrived, explaining times and breakfast orders for the next day, as i have a back issue he came to our car and carried all our luggage in, nothing was to much trouble. He told us where was good places to eat, On the Saturday night we had a show and meal booked and he arranged the taxi for us both was.

Greeted by owner on arrival with a well needed cuppa. Room was clean & comfortable. Breakfast was delicious & very filling. Will definitely be booking to go again.

Absolutely brilliant stay at the Glenroy,Pat was one of the best hosts we have ever had and a great guesthouse,breakfast was fabulous and nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommended and well located for all central amenities in Blackpool. Phil & Kirsty

The only thing i didn't like was there is no lift. This is because i have trouble climbing the stairs. Pat helped by carrying my case up the stairs and back down again.

Pat the owner was very welcoming. He was everything you would want and more. So much so that i have already booked for Easter.

Great location. Pat was on hand to help us find our way round Blackpool, he was even arranging to meet up later on our first night for a game of bingo. Room spotless, breakfast great, already booked for a short stay next May. 10/10

The two nights stay was amazing from our warm welcome to leaving! The rooms are so lovely and clean and the breakfast is amazing! We could not recommend this property any higher!

Nothing! My only tiny thing would be a little fridge in the room but that's because I like cold drinks!

Pat was welcoming as soon as he opened the door! The room was large and very comfortable, clean, warm and everything you needed. Breakfast was great and lots of it! Will definitely return.
