Breakfast food was disappointing - cold toast and over-done fried eggs.

Hotel is ideally located for visiting the main Westminster locales. The room was comfortable, well-appointed and very clean. The staff was helpful and accommodating.

The lovely boutique hotel had a fabulous location, it was clean & had everything we needed for our stay in London. It’s had great transport facilities nearby to explore London. Buckingham Palace is a 5 minute walk away with St James Park. Great eating palaces near by and not as hustle and bustle as some parts of London.

The tech was so high that it was largely impenetrable. It took me ten minutes to figure out the lights, heating and then how to work the 'do not disturb' indication, for which I eventually had to ring reception. The point of high tech is to be helpful and time-saving. Here, good old fashioned light switches and a cardboard sign to hang on the door would have saved me a lot of time and irritation. Also, the reception staff had no idea what I meant when I asked for a VAT receipt on checkout. This was a first; do they never get business travellers? I then had to wait ten minutes for someone to come up from 'the office' who still couldn't provide one, and eventually had to wait till they emailed it to me. Which they kindly did, but the experience of trying to explain what a VAT receipt was, in a 5-star hotel, was rather bizarre. Finally, the exterior labelling is so subtle as to be invisible. I walked past it three times.

Couldn't book late check out even when booking 3 months prepay in advance...i asked regularly in that 3 months for the option to be.i was told they could only decide on theday...it.was not available on day...i wanted late checkout till 2pm to get ready for a special once in a lifetime function nearby at 3pm.which required a special dress code. We changed into our special clothes in their toilets...nice toilets but not the point & the inability to extend by 2 hours was disappointing for 5 star venue....They also sent an email pre stay asking what little thing they could do to make the stay perfect & special...but I had already been asking for 3 months to have late check out and explained why. I responded to prestay email with repeated request...still not able to do....so why bother asking..' How can we help?'... We got a good advance price for this stay via booking.com...but that was still alot of money. We prepaid, so I wonder if late bookers who pay higher rates get the late checkout priority as terms say where 6 it is charged at 50% of stay rate? So my pre pay would not have been of most £ value to hotel? ...this stay was for us to be in london for a very special event...so a very special treat to stay...we paidafair price....but the no late checkout stress & for me I will not stay there again.

Staff were all excellent and friendly. The location is perfect for those visiting London to tour the sites (right near Buckingham) but most importantly the hotel is well made and incredibly quiet. We had amazing sleep every night.

There was no iron in the room and as with many hotels, the lighting isn’t the best when trying to apply make up.

Wonderful staff - kind, helpful, attentive and provided a personal touch. We were also offered a complimentary drink at the hotel bar with our stay which was a lovely gesture. The bed and pillow was incredibly comfortable, the television doubled as a mirror & allowed chrome casting from phones/tablets and the lovely bathroom even had underfloor heating. Incredible location, within a 5 minute walk of a tube stop, lovely cafes, The Ivy and Buckingham palace. Also within close walking distance of Westminster Abbey, Southbank and Covent Garden. A perfect stay - I highly recommend

The refrigerator was full of minibar drinks so it was difficult to keep any personal items cold. Interesting how some countries do not use bidets added to the toilets.

The service and quality of the accommodations was excellent. And a great location. Some very nice features.

The decor is beautiful. The rooms are small but beautiful and thoughtfully laid out. The attention to detail, proper wine glasses in the room, under bed storage drawer for suitcases was amazing. The icing on the cake was the staff and the complimentary glass of wine on arrival.

Everything, the property is beautiful ,staff very friendly and accommodating . We had the most superb room with beautiful products and a huge roll top bath . Room service was excellent as were the drinks in the bar . We shall definitely return .

Strangely enough, they didn't have a collapsible luggage rack. First hotel I've been to without one. Very minor point Restaurant was very busy when we visited. But it looked like one person at the front bar was doing the job of 3 people. He was very good at making everything work, but was obviously doing more than should be reasonably expected of him. Top marks for efficiency and hard work -- I hope they don't burn him out because he was very good at his job and extremely pleasant to everyone.

Room was amazing. Clean bright, fully stocked. Handsfree light switches and heated bathroom floors. Beautiful decor, safe neighborhood, great security setup. Beautiful bathroom, very polite staff. This place means business when they say 5 star. This is my new favorite London hotel.
