We liked the property, very private and close to main city centre.

From our arrival we were made to feel at Home. We were given a tour and explanations of how things worked. Our host even connected our internet for us. Nothing was too much bother. He gave us instructions on how to get round the city easily and suggestions for where to eat.

The owner was very friendly and gave us very useful information. Our room was new added and it looked very cozy and pretty. The parking space was just there and they were very generous allowing us to use it after our check out time (they offered it). The bed was very comfortable and everything was very clean.

The guesthouse has a great location, close to the city centre (about 15 minute walk). The room was very clean and cosy with lovely decor. Absolutely no problem with the main street; was quiet enough at night!

The beds were very comfortable, the room was pretty big, the guesthouse was beautiful, the location was amazing and Laura and Danny were incredibly nice and helpful. They gave us great suggestions on what we could see nearby. And the breakfast was amazing.

Laura was so welcoming when we arrived, made us feel completely at home, taking time to talk us through things. Gave some helpful tips on places to eat in Inverness. We only stayed one night but the room was very comfortable and really appreciated the thoughtful touches such as a hot water bottle, little chocolates and ear plugs! As well as a good array of hot drinks and biscuits! Would highly recommend. Thank you! 😊

The only thing that I did not like was the fact that the toilet/bathroom door did not have any locks. The toilet was perfectly clean with other toiletries but it was uncomfortable that it did not have locks

The hosts Laura and Danny were very sweet and friendly. They went beyond their means to help us find the perfect sightseeing plan. Since it’s not a hotel and as we had such lovely hosts, it felt like home. They made sure we were comfortable. Also the place was perfectly clean and hygienic. The commute from the bus station to the stay was easy as it was just 20 mins walk from Inverness bus station. Would highly recommend it

The property faces onto the main road, so there was a bit of traffic noise, but it is still much quieter than staying in the City Centre.

What's' not to like - off-street parking, a clean, warm room, a comfortable bed and a spotless bathroom with an excellent shower. The host was very friendly and super flexible in making breakfast early too. And easy walking distance into the City Centre.

Everything was perfect!

A very warm welcome, brilliant tips on what to see/do and eat in the city, amazing location! Laura went above and beyond to make us comfortable and she was super accommodating when we arrived earlier than expected and even upgraded our room at no extra fee! The room + bathroom were super clean. The bed was comfy too. Would love to stay again and hopefully for longer next time!
