Although the Breakfasts were fabulous & made to order, there was no menu to view any alternative selection. A choice of cereals would also have been a nice touch.

We had a very warm welcome on arrival from the landlady (Josie) who was very helpful during or stay. Spotlessly clean, the room we had was very spacious with a nice sized en suite bathroom & fantastic power shower. The Full English breakfasts were superb which we paid for daily giving us an option. The location was ideal with just a short walk to the Promenade & Sea Front and a tram stop at the end of the street providing an alternative to walking. Would definitely recommend this property & would stay again without hesitation.

Well,my expectations were met as I didn't expect the property to be very clean and tidy. It was also well located to the tram station and close to the beach. My boys were wowed by our room and the comfort they enjoyed. Hotel owner was professional and polite. I think overall my holiday in The Kenley Hotel was the best.As for the sweets in the hallway,my boys really feasted on it.lol. I will recommend the place for a restful peaceful comfy holiday hotel in Blackpool.

could not pick up internet signal in certain parts of the hotel from the supplied Wi-Fi my own internet was dropping to 3G due to the area so I was dependent on the hotel Wi-Fi .

everything was well placed within the hotel . it was clean and tidy felt very homely . it was complete pleasure to stay there . would highly recommend !

Beautiful bedroom and attention to detail. Spotlessly clean, super soft towels and very cosy and warm. Paul and Josie were very attentive hosts and provided a warm welcome and superb breakfast.

Josie and Paul were fantastic hosts, the rooms are well equipped, comfortable and clean. The home cooked breakfasts are tailored to your liking. The location is perfect, just off the seafront, easy access to train and tram. A perfect get away.

We stayed in room 5 The room was very spacious, modern and very clean. The bed was huge and very comfy,Breakfast was lovely and our hosts Paul and Jose really made us feel welcome and relaxed. Will definitely return for a longer visit next year. 10 out of 10 in our eyes.

The breakfast was excellent, good quality food, lots of choice. The little touches around the hotel and at breakfast made it feel more of a home rather than a hotel. Josie is an exceptional host and couldn’t be more helpful. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

The location was not bad at all very doable but more central would be better how ever we didn't. not mind the walk to the centre. When we were there in November the weather was not bad at all but it did rain several times off and on.

Very peaceful and quiet and there were several guests. Our room was lovely and we have stayed at the Kenley on two occasions different rooms both rooms were just perfect for us. The beds are something else the most comfortable we have ever slept in,
