Toiletries extremely limited . No variation on tea. Lots of outside noise later in the evening. Outrageously expensive at almost £160 per night.

Location , staff at witherspoon, availability of good food to purchase cheaply. The room did have an iron and hairdryer.

The lady who checked us in could not have been nicer or more helpful. The lady who checked us out made us feel like a bother. We had 3 rooms booked between 7 people, & all 3 parties found her rude as we individually checked out.

Location was excellent. Rooms were compact but enough room for what we needed. Amenities inside rooms were everything we needed. Great that it had a lift, & very reasonably priced breakfast options. Would highly recommend.

The wifi is very unreliable. It worked alright with my android phone, but it was almost impossible to connect with our iPads or my wife’s iPhone. The shower head was too low for me (I’m 6’1”). This duvet was too heavy.

The room was comfortable and attractive , and the hotel is in an excellent location.

Was a bit loud at night, window not sound insulated very well, but not overly bad given the location.

Good location, large clean room with good amenities. A little loud late in the evening but what you'd expect from being above a wetherspoons. Very good value for money!

Toilet seat was too low for my disability. Luckily the radiator was firmly fixed to the wall.

Very handy having a Wetherspoons on tap. Ate breakfast and came back for late lunch or early tea, ended up with a Whisky, well I couldn't leave Scotland without having a ' wee dram ' could i?🤔

The lack of a reading light. The lamps provided were not really bright enough to read by.

Location excellent. Lovely large room, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Loved the fact there were 2 armchairs in the room, most hotels only provide one. Great shelves in the bathroom to store toiletries, etc.

Wish it had a fridge in the room. Were advised property had parking. It does not. You park on the street if you’re lucky enough to get a park or find a parking station somewhere else.

Fresh and modern. Bathroom lovely. Room lovely and clean. Wasn’t noisy.

Wifi was barely there! Water sometimes burning hot sometimes icy cold. Wooden flooring a bit noisy when you stepped on it. No shampoo/conditioner provided.

The location is fantastic! Housekeeping was great, very clean and comfortable room. Room 307 has great view, especially during sunset. Breakfast was well priced!

The decor is tired. We had a super king sized bed in what was probably an OK sized room but because of the bed the space was very tight. On the first floor it was very noisy in the early morning because of activity I think in the kitchen

The only downsides are that there’s there’s no heating/cooling system but if you open the window to get some air, the smokers on the street will flood your room with smoke, and there’s a lot of late night street partying and then early morning cleaning/garbage trucks, so pretty loud.

Very affordable, clean and comfortable room right in the city center with a spacious bathroom.

No cold water in the morning, parking was difficult.

The location was on Church Street in the heart of Downtown Inverness. There was a lively pub/restaurant downstairs with quite an international crowd. The room was clean and modern feeling.
