Only 2 small cups , 1 saucer, 1 paper plate and a few wooden cutlery supplied. Did not use micro wave as no dishes supplied to use. (Small fridge & kettle also supplied.) Room was descibed as luxury but I feel the word is very overused when descibing rooms avilable for stays. The double sheet did not fit the large bed (2 single beds zipped together)and no bed undercover was used which I think is not very hygenic as the sheet moved when sleeping so you ended up partly sleeping on the bare mattress. There were also some holes in towell. Room was fine but not luxurious.

Nice room with large bed. We got it at a reduced price so excellent value for money. Nice bathroom with bath as well as shower. Hot water came through very quickly. Within walking distance of Beeston town centre.

It wasn't as clean as it could have been, the microwave stank. There wasn't really anything to eat from, I purchased bowls and spoons for us to use for breakfast

I booked 6 rooms for a group of 15 people (for a sports competition) and it was a lot of hassle checking in. They required I send names and emails and IDs of all of the guests (even though I had paid for the booking alone), and I was only made aware of the entirety of this procedure the night before we checked in. This was very stressful so I wouldn't stay here again as a large group. Also there is a £100 security deposit to pay per room, this also made booking multiple rooms problematic.

The rooms were very spacious and nicely decorated. The area was quiet and had good parking. Fridge and microwave were a useful addition to some of the rooms.

The room was EXTREMELY hot and when spoken to the staff they weren't able to change anything. Thankfully, there was a fan in the room that we used the whole time. I wouldn't say it was classy or stylish but rather just basic. The sheets you could see through to the mattress.

The room had a microwave and small fridge which was very handy. The bed was big but I would say everything was pretty basic. It worked for us as we just needed a place to sleep.

The hotel is a staffless hotel. All check-in is via text message, with a door code sent for the main door, and then a code sent to unlock a lockbox outside your room. This staffless experience is not for everyone (i.e. it does not necessarily make you feel safe in the hotel knowing that there are no staff present if there are any issues with other guests or with non-guests trying to gain entry). The room that I was allocated had half a roll of toilet paper, and no spare. The morning afer my first night, I left for my commitments and expected I would find toilet paper placed in my room upon my return - but no; no one had serviced my room. The morning after the second night I thought I was fortunate to run into a cleaner while exiting the building. I told the cleaner I had only been given half a roll of toilet paper and this was gone. The cleaner's English was limited, but she did say clearly that she would give me toilet paper. I returned that evening - to no toilet paper and no servicing of my room. I went and procured my own toilet paper. (I will say that I did not message the admins about this; I was so frustrated that I had spoken in-person to the cleaner and been promised toilet paper, and then this was not delivered). Third, the radiator would not work in the room. I am from a warm-climate country and so have no experience operating UK radiators. Perhaps I was not turning it on correctly. I would have appreciated clear instructions as to how to operate the radiator, but I could not find any. Fourth, the car park was partially flooded from recent heavy rain. The only available car space was in the semi-flooded part of the carpark, requirng me to step-out of the car into deep water. I suggest the owners counsider re-developing their carpark and install more effetive storm-water drains.

I appreciated the provision of a microwave and small fridge in the room. The common hallways are carpeted with modern carpet that seems to be clean. The main entrance has an auto-light which turns on automatically when your presence is detected.

We got a second floor room and it was a tremendous hassle to get our luggage up the multiple stairs and doors. With no staff present, it was just up to us. It is mentioned as a self catering place but backup of basics like tissues and trash bags should be provided. Once the trash is full, guests are expected to buy trash bags as well to throw out the rubbish. Water pressure in the shower not to great.

The room was clean and everything was provided as mentioned. The bed was very comfortable, had internet enabled television and excellent Wi-Fi. The location of the place is very good, there is a co-op store just around the corner, a bus stop right outside and the railway station is close by.

No "kitchenette" as claimed on the site. Only fridge, microwave, kettle and 2 coffee cups. No spoons! Cleaning in room and communal areas could be better. Looks a bit rundown outside. Needs some TLC.

- It was annoying finding our room, they don’t tell you before hand so you have to go around all of the rooms until you find your own. - There is no staff so if you have a problem you have to call a number and they may or may not pick up. - Our sink drain was disgusting and blocked and black dirt kept coming up from the drain so we spent a day trying to get through to someone and then they had someone come out the following day which was super inconvenient. - The beds were very squeaky. - I felt like the price was very dear. - There is no room service so you don’t get fresh towels or sheets during your stay - I stayed for 5 nights so this was super annoying.

- It’s not too far from the places I needed to go - it wasn’t too bad in terms of hygiene and dirt

Lack of staff involvement. Didn’t appreciate the fire alarm going off when I was drying after my shower at around 7.15am on a Sunday morning to the discomfort of others in adjoining rooms and no obvious instructions to switch it off.
