We arrived in London in a hot week in June. The lack of air conditioning in the apartment made it a little difficult for us. A portable cooler was indeed placed in the apartment but was unable to overcome the heat.

We received very clear instructions for entering the apartment. A great surprise awaited us in the apartment from the hosts who filled the fridge with groceries for us and also added a pampering basket of bagels, snacks and more. The apartment is well designed, comfortably equipped and we really liked it

The shower is quite small, but I’m a larger human, so it’s not really the shower’s fault. I just want to note that so other larger humans are aware when booking.

The location was wonderful. The view was amazing. It was plenty of space for me, as a solo traveler, but would suit 2 people good as well. The hosts left lots of great amenities to make my stay comfortable.

Great communication before arrival. Superb facilities. Perfect position. It was everything promised on the website - and more. The amount of provisions left for us was impressive, we wanted for nothing! As someone else mentioned it has a real home from home feel. It was quiet, comfortable and felt safe - important to us as we were travelling with a grandchild. Will definitely be returning.

I don’t think the hosts could have done much more , they had clearly made great efforts to make visitors feel as comfortable and welcome as possible.

The hosts made great efforts to put little tags on everything requiring explanations for use which was very helpful. Very grateful for the travel cot and all the goodies left at the apartment. Little touches like the tennis rackets were very nice. Enjoyed the decor and London theme. Excellent to stay so centrally and have access to affordable, secure parking.

There was nothing to dislike at all.

Less than a 10 minute walk to Tower Bridge the location is perfect. The apartment was super, with every thing we could have wanted. Instructions were very clear and easy to follow and the view was just breath taking.

Perfectly adequate size bathroom for type of property, but curved shower cubicle was rather difficult for my husband being over 6ft. Also wooden bedsted was a bit too hard for us - we're not as young as we used to be!!!!

Great central location, close to Borough Market and London Bridge tube station. Great array of local bars and restaurants within 2 min walk of property. Amazing views of the city. Easy access to property whatever time you arrive. Good instructions provided by host. Good wardrobe space with plenty of hangers and good drawer space! Surprise basket of goodies on arrival was a lovely gesture!!!! Ideal for weekend getaway! Very safe location too with gated access.
